This dataset contains information on the Family Planning, Access, Care, and Treatment (Family PACT) Program providers for Calendar Year (CY) 2022. The data comes from the Provider Master File (PMF) in the Management Information System/Decision Support System (MIS/DSS) data warehouse, which is maintained by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Provider Enrollment Division, and from the DHCS, Office of Family Planning (OFP), which creates its own production files/datasets. This dataset includes the following variables: provider number, owner number, service location number, provider legal name, enrollment status effective date, provider address (city/state/zip).

The dataset provides basic information of the FFS providers enrolled in the Medi-Cal program as of April 1, 2024. The data was retrieved from the Provider Master File (PMF), which has been used in the claims payment process and maintained by the Provider Enrollment Division (PED). The Variables in the dataset include provider number, name, type, specialty, geographic information, etc. This dataset does not include the Managed Care providers.

Including the County and Plan Details for both ECM and Community Support.,,This Medi-Cal Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports Calendar Year Quarterly Implementation Report provides a comprehensive overview of ECM and Community Supports implementation in the programs' first year. It includes data at the state, county, and plan levels on total members served, utilization, and provider networks.,ECM is a statewide MCP benefit that provides person-centered, community-based care management to the highest need members. The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and its MCP partners began implementing ECM in phases by Populations of Focus (POFs), with the first three POFs launching statewide in CY 2022.,Community Supports are services that address members’ health-related social needs and help them avoid higher, costlier levels of care. Although it is optional for MCPs to offer these services, every Medi-Cal MCP offered Community Supports in 2022, and at least two Community Supports services were offered and available in every county by the end of the year.,
