Department for Housing and Urban Development - Building Height Limits
IMPORTANT NOTE: This dataset is based on the Development Act 1993 zones and is now superseded by the Building Height datasets (found in Planning and Design Code Variations) under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016. Building Height Limits shows the maximum building heights permitted under individual council Development Plans in areas with potential for medium to high density residential development. This includes the City of Adelaide, Urban Corridor Zones, Glenelg and Port Adelaide.

Provides maximum allowable building height limits per defined area within the Adelaide City Council area. This layer is also currently available on our Adelaide City 3D digital model (available online at http://www.adelaidecitycouncil.com/planning-development/city-planning/3d-city-model/ ) where you can move around at different levels within the model and see where the buildings exceed height limits – i.e. where exceptions have been granted, and also where there is potential development space available in other areas of the city. Co-ordinate System: Geographic Coordinate System: GCS_WGS_1984. Datum: D_WGS_1984. Prime Meridian: Greenwich. Angular Unit: Degree.

1. 정의- 종전의 도로 사선제한을 대체하는 높이기준으로서,- 건축법 제60조 제1항의 규정에 의거 가로구역(도로로 둘러싸인 일단의 지역)을 단위로 하여 지정된 건축물의 최고높이를 말함.2. 지정 목적- 서울시의 도시적 특성과 다양한 지구차원의 특성을 반영한 높이기준을 지정하여,- 바람직한 도시경관을 조성하고 대지여건에 적합하며 주변건물과 조화를 이루는 건물이 건축되도록 함으로써- 도시건축 환경개선에 기여하는데 목적이 있음.3. 특이사항- 가로구역별 최고높이 구역은 지정구역과 산정구역은 나뉘며, 본 정보는 지정구역만을 담고 있음.- 따라서, 산정구역은 서울시 전역의 상업, 준공업, 준주거지역이므로, "서울시 용도지역(도시지역) 공간정보"를 참고해야 함※ 서울시 용도지역(도시지역) 공간정보 : https://data.seoul.go.kr/dataList/OA-21136/S/1/datasetView.do- 아울러, 서울시는 변화된 여건을 반영하기 위하여 재정비 사업을 진행중인바, "서울시도시공간포털"을 통한 변경 사항 확인이 필요함
