Geographic Information Services - Client Property Event System - Properties (DPIRD-018)
The client property event (CPE) system is a spatially linked database of agricultural and other properties maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). Property boundaries consist of one or more contiguous cadastral parcels that are believed to be managed as one unit. Property information is collected by DPIRD staff through direct contact with landholders through mail-outs and attendance at field days. Properties may also contain information autogenerated from Landgate parcel data records. The underlying parcel data is updated on a regular basis using Cadastral boundaries supplied by Landgate. Property boundary and ownership information are updated on a daily basis. In accordance with Departmental Policy, contact information such as names and addresses of landholders linked to properties is restricted use only.

Land conservation district committees (LCDCs) are statutory committees appointed by the Commissioner of Soil and Land Conservation to administer Land Conservation Districts in accordance with an Order proclaimed by the Governor. Their main function is to promote sustainable land management and undertake projects. LCDCs may be active, abolished or in-recess. The associated spreadsheet indicates the status of each district.
