Dampier Archipelago Oceanography (Western Australia)
공공데이터포털
Oceanographic instruments were deployed to collect data on the circulation around the Dampier Archipelago between March and May 2001.Instruments were deployed at five locations within the archipelago: Brigadier Island (ADCP): Deployed 13/3/2001; Recovered 24/5/2001.Woodside Channel Marker (ADCP): Deployed 14/3/2001; Recovered 24/5/2001. Between Lady Nora Island and Nelson Rocks (S4): Deployed 14/3/2001; Recovered 21/5/2001.Georgeff Reef (S4): Deployed 14/3/2001; Recovered 21/5/2001.Marney Bay (S4): Deployed 15/3/2001; Recovered 21/5/01.In addition to these deployments CTD transects were conducted in the area on the 16th and 20 March, 2001 and an ADCP transect was carried out on the 17th March, 2001. This research was undertaken to provide data for a model that would predict coral larval fates given appropriate forecast winds and tides. S4 current meters and ADCPs were deployed during a spawning event, concurrent with biological measurements.
Physical, chemical, meteorological, and biological data collected as part of the Marine Resources Monitoring, Assessment and Prediction (MARMAP) program from 1969 to 1998
공공데이터포털
This collection contains oceanographic station, temperature profile, meteorological, zooplankton species identities and other data. Data were collected from numerous vessels from 1969 through 1998. Data were collected by the Marine Resources Research Institute (MRRI), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), and other institutions as part of the Marine Resources Monitoring, Assessment and Prediction (MARMAP) program. Data were processed by NODC to the NODC standard Oceanographic Station Data (SD2), the Universal Bathythermograph Output (UBT), and other NODC standard data formats.
Temperature, salinity, meteorology measurements collected from moored buoys in the Tropical Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans from 2011-01-01 to 2011-03-31 (NCEI Accession 0071976)
공공데이터포털
This Archival Information Package (AIP) contains physical and meteorological data from TAO, PIRATA and RAMA buoys in the Tropical Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. Data were collected from 2011-01-01 to 2011-03-31. Meteorological data include wind speed, wind direction, air temperature and relative humidity. Physical data include sea surface temperature (SST), water temperature, salinity and sample depth. Data are in ASCII text files.
Physical and meteorological data from the seventy moorings of the Tropical Atmosphere/Ocean (TAO) Project in the Tropical Pacific Ocean, 1979-2002 (NCEI Accession 0000727)
공공데이터포털
Physical and meteorological data were collected in the Tropical Pacific Ocean from 29 January 1979 to 03 November 2001. Data were collected by the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) from the seventy moorings of the Tropical Atmosphere/Ocean (TAO) Project. Moorings contain ADCPs, current meters, meteorological sensors, and other instruments.
Water temperature, salinity, and surface meteorology measurements collected from the Tropical Moored Buoys Array in the equatorial oceans from 1977-11-03 to 2025-06-30 (NCEI Accession 0078936)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains text files from the The Global Tropical Moored Buoy Array Program, a multi-national effort to provide data in real-time for climate research and forecasting. Major components include the TAO/TRITON (Tropical Atmosphere Ocean) array in the Pacific, PIRATA (Prediction and Research Moored Array in the Atlantic) in the Atlantic, and RAMA (Research Moored Array for African-Asian-Australian Monsoon Analysis and Prediction) in the Indian Ocean. The Global Tropical Moored Buoy Array Program is a contribution to the Global Ocean Observing System (GOOS), Global Climate Observing System (GCOS), and the Global Earth Observing System of Systems (GEOSS). Data in this submission are updated every three months: January, April, July, and October, and include daily sub-surface profiles of water temperature, salinity, and surface meteorological observations.
Oceanographic, biological, and meteorological data collected as part of the World Climate Research Program (WCRP) Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project from 1907 to 1998
공공데이터포털
This collection contains in situ oceanographic measurements and parameters including profile and meteorological data. Specific measurements and parameters include in situ barometric pressure; current; water depth; sea surface, air and dew-point temperature; absolute and relative humidity; cloud, wind and wave parameters; salinity; nutrients; chlorophyll; phaeophytin values; carbon fixation and productivity index. Data were collected from drifting buoys, from ships, and from satellites. The data were collected as part of the World Climate Research Program (WCRP) Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project. The data were processed by NODC and are currently available in NODC F156 Drifting Buoy Data file format, NODC F015 Ocean Currents Data file format, NODC standard Universal Bathythermograph Output (UBT) format, and other formats.
