Geoffrey Banks - Regional Parks (DBCA-026)
공공데이터포털
Regional Parks are open spaces identified as having regionally significant value for conservation, recreation and community use. There are regional parks situated around metropolitan Perth and Bunbury that protect a range of natural areas including foreshores, ocean beaches, wetlands and the Darling Scarp. The current land tenure arrangements within the regional parks are complex with a number of different tenures and landholders existing. These may include Commonwealth or State land, local government land, private freehold land where the landowner has agreed, UCL and unmanaged reserve. Regional Parks provide an opportunity for coordinated land use management and planning. Parks and Wildlife works closely with local councils and community groups to manage these diverse multi purpose areas. Each Park has a community advisory committee made up of local people who advocate for the park's management on behalf of stakeholders. The Department for Planning and Infrastructure has proceeded to, and will continue to, acquire the land that is required to consolidate the parks. Geoffrey Banks - Roadside Conservation - Road Centerline (DBCA-030)
공공데이터포털
The Roadside Conservation Committee (RCC) surveys were initiated to assist Local Government Authorities (LGAs) and local communities in the protection, maintenance and improvement of roadside vegetation. The roadside assessment mapping and data are generated with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software. A number of attributes, such as width, diversity of vegetation, number of native species present, extent of weed cover and adjoining land use are recorded and are then scored to produce a conservation score for that section of road. The resulting map shows the pattern of roadside conservation values (high, medium high, medium low, low) and how those values vary across a district. was formally Roadside Conservation Committee(RCC) - Roadside Vegetation Survey Right (DPAW-040) and Roadside Conservation Committee(RCC) - Roadside Vegetation Survey Left (DPAW-041) and Roadside Conservation Committee(RCC) - Weeds (DPAW-045)

Geoffrey Banks - DBCA - Lands of Interest (DBCA-012)
공공데이터포털
Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA). The DBCA - Lands of Interest data set, shows all other lands to which DBCA is recognised as the manager, but which are not vested under any Act that is administered by DBCA. These lands comprise of Crown land and Freehold land which DBCA has been acknowledged by the Department of Lands as the responsible agency. Examples include: • UCL as a result of pastoral lease purchases, • UCL resulting from the 2015 pastoral lease renewal program, • Freehold land purchases arranged by the department for future conservation reserve creation and held by the State of WA, • Other UCL identified by the Department of Lands for future inclusion in the CALM act tenures • Some unvested Crown reserves where DBCA have been recorded as the responsible agency and are in transition to being vested in the Conservation and Parks Commission. This dataset is a March 2022 extract from the SCDB with approved enhancements and updates from the GIS Branch where required. Note that this layer, together with the DBCA - Legislated Lands and Waters data set, replace the DPaW Managed Lands and Waters data set. Both data sets are required to get the same scope/information as the old data set. Tenure is a dynamic dataset - for enquiries regard current tenure status please contact the DBCA - Land Services Co-ordinator/Policy and Planning/Land Unit - 9219 8777.
