This dataset contains the location of Basketball Courts at local parks or open spaces that are publicly managed by the ACT Government. Attributes include division name, location description, type (eg. half court, single court) and creation date. These assets are managed by City Presentation, Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate (TCCS). These assets are captured and maintained in the TCCS asset database through the works as executed (WAE) handover process or field audits

A ground may contain one or more fields. Attributes include location description, suburb, ownership, maintained by, asset sub type (Community Recreation Irrigated Park, District Playing Field, Enclosed Oval, Informal Use Oval, Neighbourhood Oval, Special Purpose Area, Swimming Pool) and surface type (combination, cool season, synthetic, warm season).
