Data in the Transport Facility Point include: * Parking Area - an area set aside for the parking of motor vehicles or aircraft * Marina - an area provided with berthing and shore facilities (including toilets, water and rubbish disposal) particularly for yachts and other pleasure craft * Railway Station - a place where passengers are exchanged between vehicles or between transport modes * Helipad - a place for helicopters to land and take-off, like runway is to airport * Roadside Rest Area - a formal area adjacent to the road enabling motorists to take fatigue breaks * Roadside Emergency Telephone - a dedicated telephone adjacent to a road that provides public access to emergency services * Airport - an airport is a listed, public or private known landing strip * Bus Interchange - a connection or terminal point for long distance bus travellers or other major transport interchange * Heavy Vehicle Check Station - a facility to ensure that heavy vehicles meet safety and road-worthiness standards and that their drivers are complying with road transport laws. Export Data Access API NSW Transport Theme multiCRS Service A new series of ‘multiCRS’ web services have been published to support GDA2020. These new ‘multiCRS’ services: · have a spatial reference of GDA2020 · support alignment with GDA2020, GDA94 or [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020] GIS environments,using built-in server-side transformations: o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > GDA2020 o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > WGS 84 aligned to GDA2020 o GDA2020 < NULL > WGS 84 aligned to GDA2020 Note: ESRI software will automatically align by transforming from the sourceSpatialReference (GDA94). Other software may need to set client-side transformations from the SpatialReference (GDA2020). Note: Client-side transformation(s) can be used to over-ride these default transformations.The original [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020] is still available, without the ‘multiCRS’ suffix. The objective is to integrate the best available data and undertake continuous revision to meet the requirements of key data users.The NSW Transport theme roads data complies with most of the National Roads Working Group requirements. The ASGS ensures that these statistics are comparable and geospatially integrated and provides users with a coherent set of standard regions so that they can access, visualise, analyse and understand statistics.The 2016 ASGS will be used for the 2016 Census of Population and Housing and progressively introduced into other ABS data collections. The ABS encourages the use of the ASGS by other organisations to improve the comparability and usefulness of statistics generally, and in analysis and visualisation of statistical and other data.The ABS Structures are a hierarchy of regions developed for the release of ABS statistical information.
