The data combines aspects from the themes of Land Parcel and Property, Administrative Boundaries and Geocoded Addressing into the new feature class.Initial Publication Date 25/11/2021Data Currency 03/11/2022Data Update Frequency WeeklyContent Source OtherFile Type Map Feature Service Attribution Data Theme, Classification or Relationship to other Datasets Accuracy Spatial Reference System (dataset) GDA94 Spatial Reference System (web service) EPSG:4326 WGS84 Equivalent To GDA94 Spatial Extent Content Lineage Data Classification Unclassified Data Access Policy OpenData Quality Terms and Conditions Creative Common Standard and Specification Data Custodian DCS Spatial ServicesPoint of Contact DCS Spatial Services Customer Hub Data Aggregator DCS Spatial ServicesData Distributor DCS Spatial ServicesAdditional Supporting Information For assistance please contact Service NSW on 13 32 30TRIM Number ======================================================================================================== The Strata Hub data product is a live dataset, updated weekly, that contributes to the Strata Hub service. The data combines aspects from the themes of Land Parcel and Property, Administrative Boundaries and Geocoded Addressing into the new feature class. This product does not form part of the dynamic DCDB cadastral web service. The Strata Hub product is updated in parallel to its source datasets. The data provides strata plan and strata scheme details along with geocoded address data in reference to real-world property locations, mapped against SP polygons. The Strata Hub data is an indicative representation of registered strata plans in NSW. Strata Hub contains registered land titles only. Use Limitations The creation of the Strata Hub data employs industry levels of rigour, skill, and care in ensuring the relevance, timeliness, accuracy, coherence, interpretability, and accessibility of this data. But is does not guarantee the data is without errors, additions, or omissions. Data products produced are for the Strata Hub service only and should be considered indicative and for representational purposes only. All attention has been applied to ensure DCS Spatial Services data aligns to that of the Strata Hub service proper. This data may be used in conjunction with cadastral and addressing authoritative datasets for visualisation purposes. DCS Spatial Services may at its sole discretion change the type(s) or spatial datasets or layers that it makes available. The dataset maintains a positional relationship to, and alignment with, the Lot and Property digital datasets. This dataset was captured by digitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. That is, 1:500 = 0.25m, 1:2000 = 1m, 1:4000 = 2m, 1:25000 = 12.5m, 1:50000 = 25m and 1:100000 = 50m. A program of positional upgrade (accuracy improvement) is currently underway. Associated Resources Resource: NSW Geocoded Addressing Theme The Geocoded Urban and Rural Addressing System (GURAS) is a ‘property’ based address database. Each property polygon captured within GURAS has a unique numeric identifier and contains at least one authoritative address which is sourced from local councils via the valuation of land database, also managed by LPI-Valnet. Properties may contain more than one address sourced from various other organisations. Resource: NSW Land Parcel and Property Theme NSW Land Parcel and Property Theme Lot is a polygon feature that defines a parcel of land created on a survey plan. Parcel polygons are defined by a series of boundary lines that

Vector tile layers can adapt to the resolution of a particular display device and can be restyled for multiple uses. The NSW Basemap Topographic theme provides a seamless state-wide map of roads, features of interest, localities, landform, hydrology, land cover, property boundaries, cultural data, contours and more. It is designed so that it can be used as a standalone reference or combined with other layers of information without reducing the content of the topographic layer. Web service uses/ fitness for purpose:This web map service allows users to easily integrate the NSW Basemap into spatial platforms and applications and provides a combined view of NSW Foundation Spatial Data. It is Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant and suitable for consumption by common GIS platforms. The web map is regularly updated and will show new information captured or sourced by DCS Spatial Services. All datasets used in this service are authoritative foundational spatial data.Basemap legendTRIM Number
