As the completeness of this data base continues, its market demand also increases across a broad range of applications. The Historical Air Photo Enhancement program (HAPE) not only allows the capability to search, discover and use source imagery, but also provides the delivery and viewing of enhanced historic rectified imagery mosaics. This new development means the community at large can now access and utilise spatially accurate historic imagery data directly in a wide range for GIS Mapping applications. However, the horizontal accuracy of the imagery is dependent upon the resolution (GSD) of the image:Horizontal accuracy of +/-2.5 x GSD (meters) at 95% confidence level on bare open ground using RMSE x 1.73.There are two products accessible on the Historical Imagery Viewer:Historical Aerial Photo Images (HAP)These are standard 600dpi unprocessed frames as JPG’sSpatial Services has a huge repository of digitised Historical Aerial Photography. The collection has been acquired over a number of years from 1930 through to 2005. The imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the Wild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal lengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm. Images were captured in monochrome or colour during this period at a range of scales ranging from 1:10 000 to 1:80 000. Images have been digitised from either the aerial film negatives or hard copy prints up 2000dpi resolution depending on the scanned medium.Historical Aerial Photo Enhancement Product (HAPE)This is a Orthorectified product created from the Historical Aerial Photo Collection. A complete 100k coverage of individual photo frames was required for each project area for standard program capture. The Ortho rectification of individual photo frames with 60% forward overlap, that lie within and intersecting the relevant 100k map sheet. Spatial Services create the HAPE mosaics with a new process utilising Augmented Reality Modelling Software. This is an automated process using an Augmented Reality Modelling Software to produce a 3D models of an area from simple photographs. The Hybrid processing in this software enables the creation of reality meshes using Spatial Services archive of historical Air Photos, the image overlap and the photo centre points derived from the original Key Diagrams and flight reports. From the Historical Aerial Photos and the “essential information” from the Key Diagrams we are able to create a 3d mosaic of the photo frames that we can flatten to a 2D ortho photo mosaic. All images are loaded into the reality modelling engines where they go through a triangulation process with context capture using the X and Y coordinates of the photo centre and the Z coordinate created from the Flying height and other essential

A similar service with a ‘multiCRS’ suffix is available which can support GDA2020, GDA94 and WGS 84 ≈ GDA2020 environments. In due course, and allowing time for user feedback and testing, it is intended that the original service name will adopt the new 'multiCRS' functionality.Metadata Portal Metadata InformationContent TitleNSW Land Parcel Property ThemeContent TypeHosted Feature LayerDescriptionNSW Land Parcel Property Theme is a polygon dataset that represents areas of land with defined boundaries, under unique ownership for specific property rights or interests.A land parcel is an area of land with defined boundaries, under unique ownership for specific property rights or interests.A property is something that is capable of being owned, in the form of real property (land). The interest can involve physical aspects, such as the use of land, or conceptual rights, such as a right to use the land in the future. The NSW cadastre is an up to date parcel-based land information system which contains a unique identifier which can be linked of interests in land (i.e. rights, restrictions and responsibilities). The cadastre includes a geometric definition of land parcels linked to other records, such as land titles, describing the nature of the interests, the ownership or control of those interests, and often the value of the parcel and its improvements.A cadastral product or service visualises the boundaries of land parcels, often buildings on land, the parcel identifier, and basic topographic features. The land parcel and property theme provides the foundation fabric of land ownership. It consists of the digital cadastral database and associated parcel and property information.Datasets that make up the Land Parcel and Property Theme include:Cadastral Fabric Lot - depicts a parcel of land created on a survey plan. Each lot may be represented by standard lots, standard part lots, strata or stratum. Each lot has a lot number, section number, plan lot area, plan number, plan label, ITS title status, and stratum label.Road - represents dedicated public roads which are open ways for the passage of vehicles, persons or animals on land. The road dataset includes public roads in use. Each road type has a section number, plan number, plan label, ITS title status, road type, road width or Crown/Council width, lot number, and stratum label.Unidentified - represents a parcel of land that cannot be identified. Crown land, vested, dedicated and severed land may be included in this category as well as Old System lots for which lot/DP identification cannot be found. This dataset also identifies the locations of 100ft wide reserves, ACT regions, closed roads, crossings, surveyed areas, and un-surveyed areas.Water feature - represents tidal, non-tidal and ocean waters which form a cadastral boundary.Cadastral Features Easement (including Carriageway) - depicts a right, attached to land (the dominant tenement), to use other land (the servient tenement) for a specified non-exclusive purpose known to the law, e.g. right of carriageway, easement to drain water etc. – however the law also recognises an easement in favour of a statutory authority without a dominant tenement, described as an ‘easement in gross’.Road Corridor - represents the spatial extent of the legal road networkRoad Centreline - represents a line that forms the centreline of cadastral road corridors.Railway Corridor - represents a part of the Land Parcel and Property Theme covering railway land that is not defined by a lot.Water feature Corridor - represents the extent of a water feature or the delineation between water features of a different type or status. The dataset contains high water mark, low water mark, the limit of tidal influence and bay closing lines.Watermark -

The data combines aspects from the themes of Land Parcel and Property, Administrative Boundaries and Geocoded Addressing into the new feature class. This product does not form part of the dynamic DCDB cadastral web service. The Strata Hub product is updated in parallel to its source datasets. The data provides strata plan and strata scheme details along with geocoded address data in reference to real-world property locations, mapped against SP polygons. The Strata Hub data is an indicative representation of registered strata plans in NSW. Strata Hub contains registered land titles only. Use Limitations The creation of the Strata Hub data employs industry levels of rigour, skill, and care in ensuring the relevance, timeliness, accuracy, coherence, interpretability, and accessibility of this data. But is does not guarantee the data is without errors, additions, or omissions. Data products produced are for the Strata Hub service only and should be considered indicative and for representational purposes only. All attention has been applied to ensure DCS Spatial Services data aligns to that of the Strata Hub service proper. This data may be used in conjunction with cadastral and addressing authoritative datasets for visualisation purposes. DCS Spatial Services may at its sole discretion change the type(s) or spatial datasets or layers that it makes available. The dataset maintains a positional relationship to, and alignment with, the Lot and Property digital datasets. This dataset was captured by digitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). NSW Topographic Mapo
공공데이터포털
Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Topographic MapoContent TypeWeb MapDescriptionMap Cache Web Service provides rasterised topographic maps in a seamless mosaic view covering NSW. This service generally contains the current standard Topographic maps from the 1:100,000; 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 series.Where coverage exists at multiple scales, the largest scale map is displayed. The sourced Geotiff file is cropped to the map window only, with no legend, disclaimers, map grid, scale bar or north arrow displayed. The NSW Topographic Map series is derived from Spatial Services’ Digital Topographic Database (DTDB). Information viewed in this web service includes:• Roads• Points of interest• Localities• Contours• Drainage• Cultural data• Parks and forests• Property boundaries. This web service allows users to easily integrate the topographic map cache coverage for NSW into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. The NSW Topographic Map Cache web service can be used for mapping, emergency services, natural resource management, geosciences and sustainable development. This service ensures users are able to consume topographic map data without the requirement of hosting the map files on their own servers. It is important to note that depictions of roads and tracks do not necessarily indicate a public right of way. Unlawful entry upon private land or a restricted area and/or wilful damage of property such as gates and fences expose offenders to legal prosecution.
