This dataset contains spatial boundaries relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme Clause 32 Areas.Specific lots can be designated under Clause 32 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme to provide the Western Australian Planning Commission with planning authority over those lots.Within the City an MRS Clause 32 area exists over the Parliament House Precinct.Please see https://perth.wa.gov.au/develop/planning-framework/planning-schemes and https://perth.wa.gov.au/develop/planning-framework/planning-policies-and-precinct-plans for more information regarding the City of Perth Planning Schemes.

The spatial layer is derived from land parcel boundaries (cadastre) originally supplied by NSW Spatial Services who remain the source of cadastral information. See SiX maps This spatial layer has been significantly changed and maintained by City of Sydney Spatial Services. This layer is not survey accurate. Geoservice API disabled, but geojson and download permitted.

These assets are either owned or managed by City Services, Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate (TCCS) and Parks and Conservation Service, Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD).
