Bullawa Creek State Conservation Area Vegetation Mapping. VIS ID 3989
Vegetation survey and mapping of Bullawa Creek State Conservation Area in 2008, commissioned by NPWS Narrabri Region. Three communities were determined based on floristic analysis of 20 x 20 m survey sites, and described using dominant species and structural characteristics. Vegetation communities were mapped using ground truthing, position in landscape and stereo interpretation of aerial photos captured at 1:50,000. Lineage and attribution accuracy are unknown. Cooperabung Creek Nature Reserve Vegetation 2002. VIS ID 220
공공데이터포털
Vegetation community mapping for Cooperabung Creek Nature Reserve and surrounds by Penny Kendall, 2002. Aerial photograph interpretation and field sampling. Six vegetation communities were mapped using air photo interpretation and field checking. All of the vegetation communities are forest communities including a rainforest, two wet sclerophyll communities, a moist sclerophyll community and two dry sclerophyll communities. A Mid North Coast NPWS Region contract. VIS_ID 220.
Pilliga West State Conservation Area and National Park. VIS ID 4012
공공데이터포털
Six vegetation communities were mapped following field survey and full floristic sampling. Colour aerial photographs at 1:50 000 scale formed the basis of the vegetation map polygons. The images were interpreted stereoscopically for patterns of vegetation and geomorphology, and matched to the vegetation site data. A provisional vegetation map was drafted on acetate overlays and the linework and boundaries checked during ground-truthing. The study area was traversed and particular sites investigated to confirm polygon labels and resolve vegetation boundaries. The final vegetation polygons were then transferred and corrected to the 1:50 000 topographic map sheet and coded. Linework was transferred to hardcopy topographic mapsheets and digitised using a digitising tablet and ArcView 3.3. A code denoting the vegetation community was then attributed to each polygon based on the hardcopy linework. Dataset was reprojected by DECCW from AGD66 Zone 55 to GDA94 using ArcMAP 9.3. VIS_ID 4012
Brushy Hill Nature Reserve Vegetation 2011. VIS ID 4099
공공데이터포털
Vegetation community mapping for Brushy Hill Nature Reserve by John Hunter, June 2011. An Upper Hunter Area NPWS Region contract. Mapped at 1:25000 scale. Five communities are defined based on classification (Kulczynski association). These five communities were mapped based on ground truthing, air photo interpretation and landform. VIS_ID 4099

Vegetation Community Data within a Proposed Wetland Area on the NM Boys and Girls Ranch near Bernardo, NM (2018)
공공데이터포털
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), working in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, installed a groundwater and vegetation monitoring network in a proposed wetland area east of the Rio Grande near Bernardo, New Mexico on the NM Boys and Girls Ranch, at a site now known as the Blue Heron Wildlife Preserve (BHWP). In September of 2016, baseline vegetation data were collected across the BHWP to assess vegetation changes with time in the proposed wetland area as it is established and maintained. A second round of vegetation surveys were conducted in August of 2018 for comparative purposes. The collection of this data will support conservation and management decisions.
