Central Western Region of New South Wales VIS ID 860
The study was undertaken to identify items of the natural and cultural heritage with conservation significance because of their scenic or scientific value. It complements much of the work of The National Trust of Australia (NSW) and the listings in the Register maintained by the Australian Heritage Commission. The latter listings are directed towards identifying components of the national Estate. The focus of this study is mainly on the non-urban and open space environments in the Central Western Region with particular empasis on the features of the biophysical/natural heritage which contribute to scenic amenity and/or scientific value in those environments.; ; VIS_ID 860

Western Australian Local Government Association - Vegetation Complex Prioritisation for the Perth and Peel Regions Scheme Areas – 2020 vegetation extent
공공데이터포털
This dataset categorises the 2020 native vegetation extent mapping by the conservation priority of vegetation complexes in the Perth and Peel Region Schemes areas, considering the potential retention and protection status of vegetation complexes. The potential retention is based on vegetation complex extent by land use categories in the Metropolitan Region Scheme and the Peel Region Scheme as in 2016.
A Vegetation Survey in the Macquarie Region, New South Wales VIS ID 818
공공데이터포털
Biddiscombe, E.F. (1963) Vegetation Survey in the Macquarie Region, NSW. Division of Plant Industry Technical Paper No. 18. CSIRO, Melbourne. Description of the native vegetation of the Macquarie and Castlereagh river systems where these traverse the lower Western Slopes and adjoining sections of the Plains. The vegetation is classified into 22 floristic associations which are grouped into 11 alliances (4 forest, 5 woodland, 1 mallee and 1 grassland). Mapping is based on ground traverses and aerial photography. (VIS_ID 818)

Watsons Creek Nature Reserve and State Conservation Area Vegetation 2017 VIS ID 4695
공공데이터포털
Watsons Creek Nature Reserve (NR) and State Conservation Area (SCA), covering a combined area of approximately 1911 ha, are both located on the western edge of the Northern Tablelands in north-eastern NSW. In 2017, the Northern Tablelands office of the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) commissioned Eco Logical Australia (ELA) to conduct a comprehensive vegetation survey of both reserves. Given the SCA adjoins the two separate blocks of the NR it was considered appropriate to combine both reserves into a single continuous study area for the purposes of the vegetation survey and the resulting report. Vegetation across the study area was mapped using high resolution ADS40 aerial imagery via a 2D computer screen interface. A total of 23 polygons were captured collectively representing five Plant Community Types (PCTs). None of the vegetation communities were considered to meet the criteria of any currently listed Threatened Ecological Communities (TECs). VIS_ID 4695 see related dataset VIS_ID 4694
