Environmental Planning Instrument - Riparian Lands Watercourses
This spatial dataset identifies land where development implications exist to reduce impacts in riparian lands and watercourses, as designated by a NSW environmental planning instrument. Riparian lands are a transition zone between the land and the watercourse that is important for maintaining or improving the shape, stability and ecological functions of a watercourse. Environmental Planning Instrument - Wetlands
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land where development implications exist due to the presence of wetlands, as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument. The NSW Wetlands Policy promotes the sustainable conservation, management and use of the state’s wetlands Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Environmental Planning Instrument - Flood
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies the land where development implications exist due to the risk of flood as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI). The specific EPI which defines the planning requirement is described in the dataset. Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for this data package (shapefile) Since 14 July 2021, councils are responsible for accurate flood mapping as it pertains to their local area. Therefore, this dataset may not be the latest version. Please contact the relevant local council to access the latest flood data.
Environmental Planning Instrument - Drinking Water Catchment
공공데이터포털
This Spatial dataset shows land that has been identified as the Drinking Water Catchment. Development in the Drinking water catchment land must adhere to local provisions clause within the LEP or per the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Drinking Water Catchment) 2011 where SEPP applies. Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Environmental Planning Instrument - Salinity
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land where development implications exist due to the presence of salinity, to ensure the effects of development are minimised and mitigated, as designated by a NSW environmental planning instrument. Salinity is the accumulation of salt in land and water to a level that damages the natural and built environment. Salinity usually occurs with other natural resource problems such as decreasing soil and water quality, erosion and loss of native vegetation Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Environmental Planning Instrument - Groundwater Vulnerability
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies the land where development implications exist due to the presence of vulnerable groundwater resources as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument. The data shows show the vulnerability (or level of risk) of aquifers to contamination relating to physical characteristics of the location, such as the depth to the water table and soil type. contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Environmental Planning Instrument - Mineral and Extractive Resources
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land where development implications exist due to presence of mineral and extractive resources, as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI). The specific EPI which defines the planning requirement is described in the dataset next to the Mineral and Extractive value and this EPI can be investigated on the NSW legislation website Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Environmental Planning Instrument - Land Reservation (LRA)
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land that is reserved for acquisition by an authority of the State or land to which the owner-initiated acquisition provisions in Division 3 of Part 2 of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 applies, as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI) under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The specific EPI which defines the planning requirement is described in the attribute field LEP_Name. The EPI can be viewed on the NSW legislation website: www.legislation.nsw.gov.au Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefiles).
Environmental Planning Instrument - Local Provisions
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land where a variety of planning requirements apply as found in Part 5 'Miscellaneous provisions', or Part 6 'Additional Local Provisions', of the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI). The specific EPI which defines the planning requirement is described in the dataset and this EPI can be investigated on the NSW legislation website Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile)
Standard Instrument Local Environmental Plan (LEP) - Land Reservation Acquisition (LRA) 16/07/2016 for NSW
공공데이터포털
This data identifies land that may be acquired by an authority of the State or land to which the owner-initiated acquisition provisions in Division 3 of Part 2 of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 applies. Clause 5.1 of the LEP identifies the authority of the State that will be the relevant authority to acquire this land if the owner-initiated acquisition provisions are engaged. The LRA dataset identifies land that is to be acquired for a public purpose. The dataset identifies the purpose for which the land is to be acquired and the relevant authority. Public purposes can include roads, recreational and open spaces and national parks. The original GIS data was captured by local councils, DP&I and contractors and provided in accordance with the DP&I's Standard Requirements for GIS LEP data and Standard Technical Requirements for LEP maps. Before the LEP is notified on the NSW Legislation website, the mapping is checked by DP&I and the Parliamentary Council's Office to ensure that it is consistent with these standards. After the LEP is notified, the GIS data is quality controlled using an ISO 9001-Quality-Certified, Quality Management System and incorporated into the Statewide dataset. The Land Application data relates directly to and adopts the accuracy of its reference dataset, Land and Property Information DCDB. The GIS data may be subject to change as a part of quality control, or if the LEP is amended. Please confirm dates of respective features before use as this dataset has a large temporal extent.
Environmental Planning Instrument - Key Sites
공공데이터포털
This spatial dataset identifies land allocated as Key Sites requiring future development to meet standards of design excellence as designated by the relevant NSW environmental planning instrument (EPI). The specific EPI which defines the planning requirement is described in the dataset next to the airport noise value and this EPI can be investigated on the NSW legislation website Contact data.broker@environment.nsw.gov.au for a data package (shapefile).
