Upper Murray Central Reserves Vegetation 2005. VIS ID 4196
공공데이터포털
This combined Bogandyera Nature Reserve, Clarkes Hill Nature Reserve and Jingellic Nature Reserve vegetation map was finalised in 2005. It is actually a subset of VIS_ID 4197 which covers a rectangle area of the central section of the Upper Murray River Catchment, clipped to these three reserves. NPWS Snowy Mountains Region, Upper Murray Area had sought tenders for vegetation mapping of these three new reserves in September 2003. The vegetation maps of the reserves were based on the analysis of pre-existing survey data (including Southern Comprehensive Regional Assessment CRAFTI mapping), new survey data acquired as part of this project, aerial photo interpretation, and field and office validation of the results of the air photo interpretation. The attribute table does not contain textual descriptions so its useability is questionable without a report or look up table. VIS_ID 4196
Murrurrundi API 1:100K vegetation map. VIS ID 3850
공공데이터포털
Data forms part of a project undertaken for the Resource and Conservation Assessment Council as part of the regional assessments of western New South Wales - Joint Vegetation Mapping Project (JVMP), Brigalow Belt South Bioregion (BBS). Murrurrundi 1:100K mapsheet was part of the "targeted API" program, whereby information on the structural characteristics and overstorey composition was obtained via aerial photo interpretation (API) of 1:50000 or 1:25000 aerial photography.; ; Joint Vegetation Mapping Project. Mullion Range State Recreation Area Vegetation 2000. VIS ID 934
공공데이터포털
Mullion Range State Recreation Area vegetation mapping conducted in 1999-2000. This mapping was part of the vegetation survey of Mullion Range State Recreation Area, Wambool Nature Reserve, Freemantle Nature Reserve, Girralang Nature Reserve and Eugowra Nature Reserve undertaken for the Central West District of NSW by Marianne F. Portners in 2000. Report for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. The composition and extent of the present vegetation within Wambool, Freemantle, Girralang and Eugowra Nature Reserves and Mullion Range State Recreation Area (SRA), in the Central West region of NSW, is described and mapped at 1:25 000 scale (1:50 000 scale for Eugowra) from intensive quadrat samples, field traverses and aerial photograph interpretation. Eleven vegetation communities are described and 302 species (308 taxa) of vascular plants recorded from 70 families, several of which are at their geographical limits or regionally restricted. A significantly high proportion of species (19%) are exotic. VIS_ID 934

Vegetation community and river red gum canopy condition map of the Murray Valley National and Regional Park 2010 (Millewa Group). VIS ID 3869
공공데이터포털
Native vegetation mapping of the Millewa Forest Section of the Murray Valley National Park (NSW).; ; This map was prepared to specifically show the spatial delineation of stem density and canopy condition categories of vegetation in the Barmah and Millewa Forest areas at 2010. This map was prepared using aerial photo interpretation (API) of ADS40 digital aerial photography captured in 2010.; ; The map was prepared by updating (linework and attribution) of existing vegetation mapping produced in 2005. The unpublished Binns map (Doug Binns of Forests NSW) was used a as source for underlying line work and vegetation type classification. The Binns map is a compilation of the best available vegetation mapping prepared for the NSW Natural Resources Commission (NRC NSW Riverina Red Gum Forests Assessment (NRC 2009). http://www.nrc.nsw.gov.au/content/documents/Red%20gum%20-%20FAR%20-%20Complete.pdf For the Millewa Forest area Binns sourced his linework from the Native Vegetation Mapping Program Deniliquin 1:100,000 map sheet (DLWC 2005).; ; In an effort to protect areas of the Riverina red gum forests the NSW Government gazetted Millewa forest as part of the Murray Valley National and Regional Parks under the NSW National Parks and Wildlife (Riverina Forests) Act 2010. Murrumbidgee CMA vegetation mosaic map, 2011. VIS ID 3879
공공데이터포털
A mosaic vegetation map based on ‘best available’ vegetation mapping data sets compiled for the Murrumbidgee Catchment Management Authority (CMA). A seamless vegetation map was produced by allocating each of the vegetation types within the composite data sets to one of the NSW Keith Vegetation Classes. Mapping accuracy and resolution within the composite maps varied significantly. Where there was overlap the data set considered to be most accurate took precedence, replacing the less accurate data.
