The following is a ‘traffic control device’ being a point feature class representing structures which control movement of traffic along a road. Level Crossing: a place where a road and railway intersect at the same level.

A railway can be heavy rails, light rail, monorail and heavy rail siding, for example a railway, tramway or monorail.
