This SEPP contains planning provisions for precincts within the Central River City. This SEPP has consolidated and repealed the provisions from: SEPP (State Significant Precincts) 2005 including the Channel 7 site, Huntingwood West Precinct, Greystanes Southern Employment Lands site and Sydney Olympic Park site SEPP (Sydney Region Growth Centre) 2006 for the North Kellyville Precinct, Riverstone West Precinct, Alex Avenue and Riverstone Precinct, Area 20 Precinct, Schofields Precinct, the Hills Growth Centre Precinct, Blacktown Growth Centres Precinct and Hawkesbury Growth Centres Precinct Sydney Regional Environmental Plan 24 – Homebush Bay Area SEPP (Kurnell Peninsula) 1989 SEPP (Urban Renewal) 2010

This SEPP contains planning provisions which: identify State or regionally significant development, State significant Infrastructure, and critical State significant infrastructure provide for consideration of development delivery plans by local Aboriginal land councils in planning assessment allow the Planning Secretary to elect to be the concurrence authority for certain development that requires concurrence under nominated State environmental planning policies.  This SEPP has consolidated and repealed the: SEPP (State and Regional Development) 2011 SEPP (Aboriginal Land) 2019 SEPP (Concurrences and Consents) 2018
