Department for Housing and Urban Development - Planning and Design Code Overlays
Planning and Design Code (P&D Code) Overlays are layers in the P&D Code under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (PDI Act 2016). P&D Code Overlays identify areas where specific P&D Code policies are applicable or where an area may be subject to referrals. The data is updated fortnightly and can be viewed in the South Australian Property and Planning Atlas (SAPPA). NOTE: all the overlays have been combined into a single dataset and individual overlays can be viewed by doing a definition query on the name field.
