Spatial Data - Heritage Council WA - State Register (DPLH-006)
공공데이터포털
The State Register of Heritage Places recognises a place's value and importance to Western Australia. It includes buildings, structures, gardens, cemeteries, landscapes and archaeological sites and has more than 1,300 places listed in it. The State Register is managed by the Heritage Council and provides a place with statutory protection to ensure that any proposed demolition, relocation, subdivision, amalgamation, alteration, addition or new development is in harmony with its cultural heritage values. The State Register continues to expand, as significant places yet to be registered are progressively assessed by the Council. NSW Historical Topographic Map Layer
공공데이터포털
Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Topographic MapoContent TypeWeb MapDescription Map Cache Web Service provides rasterised topographic maps in a seamless mosaic view covering NSW. This service generally contains the current standard Topographic maps from the 1:100,000; 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 series. Where coverage exists at multiple scales, the largest scale map is displayed. The sourced Geotiff file is cropped to the map window only, with no legend, disclaimers, map grid, scale bar or north arrow displayed. The NSW Topographic Map series is derived from Spatial Services’ Digital Topographic Database (DTDB). Information viewed in this web service includes:• Roads• Points of interest• Localities• Contours• Drainage• Cultural data• Parks and forests• Property boundaries. This web service allows users to easily integrate the topographic map cache coverage for NSW into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. The NSW Topographic Map Cache web service can be used for mapping, emergency services, natural resource management, geosciences and sustainable development. This service ensures users are able to consume topographic map data without the requirement of hosting the map files on their own servers. It is important to note that depictions of roads and tracks do not necessarily indicate a public right of way. Unlawful entry upon private land or a restricted area and/or wilful damage of property such as gates and fences expose offenders to legal prosecution. For current information go to spatial.nsw.gov.auData Theme, Classification or Relationship to other DatasetsFeatures of Interest, Water, Transport, Physiography, Land and Parcel, Administrative Boundaries, Land Cover, Place Names and Elevation and Depth themes of the Foundation Spatial Data Framework (FSDF)AccuracyThe dataset maintains a positional relationship to, and alignment with, the state's topographic features including natural, physical and cultural. It is divided into the seven themes of the FSDF and two categories Each of these themes is made up of various Feature Classes (or layers) that contain the relevant spatial data and their associated attributes and relationships. This dataset was captured by utilising the best available source at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. That is, 1:500 = 0.25m, 1:2000 = 1m, 1:4000 = 2m, 1:25000 = 12.5m, 1:50000 = 25m and 1:100000 = 50m.A program to upgrade the spatial location and accuracy of data is ongoing.Spatial Reference System (dataset)GDA94Spatial Reference System (web service)EPSG:3857WGS84 Equivalent ToGDA94Spatial ExtentFull StateContent LineageFor additional information, please contact us via the Spatial Services Customer HubData ClassificationUnclassifiedData Access PolicyOpenData QualityFor additional information, please contact us via the Spatial Services Customer HubTerms and ConditionsCreative CommonsStandard and Specification Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) implemented and compatible for consumption by common GIS platforms. 공공데이터포털
This data set contains places within Western Australia that have been reported to the Registrar of Aboriginal Sites as possible Aboriginal sites within the meaning of Section 5 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972. This includes: Registered Sites: Places assessed as meeting Section 5 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972. Lodged: Information received in relation to a place, but an assessment was not completed to determine if it met section 5 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972. Stored Data/Not a Site: Places assessed as not meeting Section 5 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972. #### PLEASE NOTE #### As part of the rollout of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021, this dataset will be replaced with a collection of new datasets in the near future. In the meantime, this dataset will remain as a static snapshot of the existing data as of 30 June 2023 This dataset has been retired and replaced by Aboriginal Cultural Heritage - Historic (DPLH-098), Aboriginal Cultural Heritage - Register (DPLH-099), and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage - Lodged (DPLH-100). National Heritage List
공공데이터포털
These data provide locational and attribute information for places nominated to and included in the National Heritage List as determined by the Australian Government managed by the Department of the Environment, Wildlife Division. National Heritage List polygons with attribute information describing the place name, class (indigenous, natural, historic), and status. Places subject to confidentiality agreements are included in these data but the location is generalised to the bounding 250k mapsheet. The location data for place nominations that have been rejected, are ineligible, removed or destroyed are not included in the publicly downloadable spatial dataset.
