Geospatial and Data Services Manager - State Environment Policy Cockburn Protection Levels 2010 (DWER-068)
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. This dataset represents the spatial boundaries of the SEP Cockburn Protection Levels. The dataset was updated in 2010 to accurately represent the coastline and the recent approval of James Point Stage1. When this dataset was created schedules 1-3 of the policy were updated. There are three levels of ecological protection high, moderate and low and the policy states that the percentage of Moderate protection which is Low ecological protection should not exceed 5%. This spatial data is representative of the Office of the EPA’s most recent recalculations of this statistic. Currently the percentage of MEPA which is LEPA is 4.39%. © Government of Western Australia 2014. Environmental Protection Authority. This dataset was formerly known as State Environment Policy Cockburn Protection Levels 2010 (EPA-009).

Geospatial and Data Services Manager - State Environmental (Cockburn Sound) Policy Boundaries (DWER-058)
공공데이터포털
The Cockburn Sound ‘policy area’ includes Cockburn Sound and its catchment and is the area to which the State Environmental (Cockburn Sound) Policy applies. The Cockburn Sound ‘protected area’ defines the marine environment of the policy area within which there are spatially defined areas where either a high, moderate or low level of ecological protection apply. These boundaries were defined by the Environmental Protection Authority and included as schedules in the SEP which was endorsed by the State Government in 2015. Geospatial and Data Services Manager - Peel Inlet - Harvey Estuary (DWER-066)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia - Peel Harvey EPP Environmental Protection (Peel Inlet - Harvey Estuary) Policy 1992. This policy protects the estuary by setting environmental quality objectives and outlines the means by which they are to be achieved and maintained to prevent further degradation. These boundaries were gazetted and enacted with the policy on the 11 Dec 1992. Boundary was developed by the Policy Branch of the Department of Environmental Protection, a full description of the Policy and boundary is available on the EPA website www.epa.wa.gov.au.

Geospatial and Data Services Manager - EPP Goldfields Residential Areas Sulphur Dioxide 2003 (DWER-063)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. The Kalgoorlie Environmental Protection Policy Areas are four areas in the Kalgoorlie region that are covered by the Kalgoorlie Environmental Protection Policy (Goldfields Residential Areas)(Sulfur Dioxide) Policy. The policy covers four areas; Kalgoorlie, Kambalda, Coolgardie-Boulder and the Kurrawang Aboriginal Reserve. The Purpose of the policy is to specify the maximum sulfur dioxide concentration permitted in the ambient air of a protected area. The environmental quality objectives are to control and progressively reduce sulfur dioxide concentration in the ambient air of a protected area during each year until 2008 and, to ensure that during and after 2008, the sulfur dioxide concentration in the ambient air of a protected area does not exceed 0.25ppm. © Government of Western Australia 2014. DCCEEW_Geospatial - Natural Resource Management (NRM) Regions (2010)
공공데이터포털
The Natural Resource Management (NRM) Regions dataset has been prepared for the purpose of reporting on the Australian Government's Caring for our Country investments. The dataset is designed to cover all Australian territory where Caring for our Country projects might take place and includes major islands; external territories; state and coastal waters; in addition to the 56 NRM regions. This version of the data is an update and formalisation of the 'interim 2010' dataset (which was an interim update of the NRM Regions 2009 dataset- publicly released in Feb 09).Whilst the boundaries of NRM Regions are defined by legislation in some states and territories this dataset should not be used to represent legal boundaries in any way. It is an administrative dataset developed for the purpose of reporting and public information. It should be noted that from time to time the states and/or territories may revise their regional boundaries in accordance with local needs and therefore alterations to either the attribution or boundaries of the data may occur in the future.Caring for our Country commenced on 1 July 2008. It integrates delivery of the Australian Government's previous natural resource management programs, including the Natural Heritage Trust, the National Landcare Program, the Environmental Stewardship Program and the Working on Country Indigenous land and sea ranger program.Credit:The NRM region boundaries are primarily based on data and information supplied by the relevant State and Territory government agencies. Geoscience Australia's Australian Maritime Boundaries (2006) and Geodata Coast 100K (2004) data was also used in the development of this data.
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - EPB Local Assesment Port Hedland Port 2011 (DWER-061)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. This dataset represents the Local Assessment Unit (LAU) for the inner Port Hedland port area to be used for the purpose of applying Environmental Assessment Guideline No.3 (EPA 2009). The inner Port Hedland port area LAU provides the spatial basis for evaluating and accounting for the cumulative development-related irreversible losses of, and serious damage to, benthic primary producer habitats within the LAU boundaries. The area encompasses nearshore barrier islands, tidal creeks and adjacent intertidal areas in the vicinity of the Port Hedland inner port and has a total area of 15,102.5 hectares. © Government of Western Australia 2014. Geoscience Australia - Land Tenure 1993
공공데이터포털
This dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied and contains boundary and attribute information for parcels of public, private and Aboriginal lands in Australia. Data are sourced primarily from government gazette notices, cadastral maps and plans. A nominal scale of around 1:5 million and a minimum 50 square kilometre threshold limit for land parcels was used in the generalisation of this product from the National Public and Aboriginal Lands data. Data is suitable for GIS applications. This map shows public and private land tenure, including Indigenous land for the whole of Australia at a scale of 1:4.7 million. The land tenure boundaries depicted on this map generally define broadly classified areas greater than 50 square kilometres. Indigenous land areas between 0.1 and 100 square kilometres are shown more comprehensively by symbols. The information on this map is complemented by statistical tables giving the total area of the land tenure categories for each State and Territory. This map is also available as free vector GIS data, ArcInfo Export, ArcView Shapefile and MapInfo mid/mif. Please direct any corrections or feedback on this map to mapfeedback@ga.gov.au.
