연관 데이터
Biological Survey of South Australia - Vegetation Survey, Biological Database of South Australia (endemism mapping subset)
공공데이터포털
This record is a comprehensive list of vascular plant species from the Biological Survey of South Australia. Preparation from raw data obtained via the Advanced Ecological Knowledge and Observation System (AEKOS; now deprecated) data portal involved the selection of data fields, the removal of intraspecific taxa (only genus and species used to define individual taxa) and removal of duplicate records and those not determined to species.
DEWNR - Flora Species Observations
공공데이터포털
The flora data set represents the spatial locations of flora species observation data maintained by DEWNR in the Biological Databases of South Australia.

This dataset contains records of vascular plant species from the Biological Survey of South Australia. Weeds on Western Australia's Islands: A historical database with records spanning from 1913 to 2014
공공데이터포털
The island weeds database contains weed records for 697 islands and 1995 plant species. Data sources cited span between 1913 and 2014. To compound the value of the database, original species identifications were verified by Parks and Wildlife botanists and species names were updated to current taxonomy using the WA census data housed within MAX Version 3.0 (Woodman and Gioia 2016). We do not present any interpretation of the data with this data submission. GPS coordinates for weeds were largely unavailable, so most coordinates provided within the database are island centroids. Ground Cover Reference Sites Database of Tasmania
공공데이터포털
The Ground Cover Reference Sites Database of Tasmania has been collected by Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment, Tasmania as part of the Ground Cover Monitoring for Australia project. The data is being used to calibrate, validate and improve vegetation fractional cover products derived from remote sensing, in particular the satellite sensors MODIS and Landsat. The data is being used to improve the national fractional vegetation cover product of Guerschman et al. (2009) derived from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS). This algorithm enables national, monthly identification of ground cover separating the photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic components by applying a linear unmixing methodology for spectral reflectance every 8 days as 16-day composites. For confidence in its ground cover estimates, the results were verified in the field at selected sites across Australia to allow more extensive calibration, validation and verification of accuracy of the remote sensing method. The Ground Cover Reference Sites Database represents the results of the field validation of remotely determined cover measurements by observing cover along point intersects with a total of 300 points (or 200 points with crops). It also has additional observations and measures such as landscape features, fire evidence, erosion evidence, biotic disturbance evidence, biomass estimates, basal area measurements, soil features and dominant vegetation species, as well as site photographs. The Ground Cover Reference Sites Database focuses on sites in extensive grazing systems of the rangelands and, to a lesser extent, in the mixed farming or intensive land use zone. Field validation aims at obtaining a wide spatial coverage of sites, with limited site revisits for temporal coverage.
Department for Environment and Water - Estuarine Habitats of South Australia
공공데이터포털
These datasets contain habitat mapping and outer boundaries for estuaries of South Australia. These estuaries were identified in the draft 'Estuaries Policy and Action Plan.'
Aggregated Data: Australian Species Occurrences
공공데이터포털
Aggregated Australian species occurrence data from 1900 to the present using a suite of facets of most importance for environmental assessments. Occurrence records were aggregated and organised by the Atlas of Living Australia (ALA, https://ala.org.au/) and include survey and monitoring data collected and managed by the Integrated Marine Observing System (IMOS, https://imos.org.au/) and the Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network (TERN, https://tern.org.au/). Data from these infrastructures and other sources have been organised here as a national public-access dataset.
