Tasmanian Forestry Harvest Residues
공공데이터포털
Data Description A polygon dataset that estimates the green biomass volume (green metric tonnes) of harvest residues in planted softwood, planted hardwood and native forest across all tenures in Tasmania, Australia for the purposes of determining availability of biomass for bioenergy, locations and quantities. This information has been collated for the Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment (ABBA) project and will be available for use on the Australian Renewable Energy Mapping Infrastructure (AREMI) platform, to build a national map to service the renewable energy sector. The annual harvest residue data contained in the feature dataset were derived from a set of 30 year forest harvest simulation models developed as part of the ‘Residues Solution Study’ (http://www.stategrowth.tas.gov.au/forestry/residues). The models were developed in joint by Private Forests Tasmania and Forestry Tasmania. The harvest residues data is presented for each of the nine Forestry Tasmania supply regions and is classified into four source forest types (All Planted Softwood, All Planted Hardwood, Publicly Managed Native Forest and Privately Managed Native Forest) and the harvest period 2019-2026, expressed as separate layers as follows: o Native Forest - harvest residues o Plantation Hardwood - harvest residues o Plantation Softwood - harvest residues Disclaimer The data supplied was produced from predictive models developed from available resource information, and market and owner intent assumptions, as at December 2013, obtained from a range of external sources. As such the actual harvest residue levels to be achieved in any given period into the future will most likely vary from the values provided and the user should seek confirmation from relevant Government agencies and forest managers before using in any investment or other decision making process. While all reasonable care has been taken in the preparation of the material in this file, the Tasmanian Government and its officers accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions it may contain, whether caused by negligence, or otherwise, or for any loss, however caused, sustained by any person who relies on it.

공공데이터포털
ABS released data contains final estimates for data items collected in the 2014–15 Rural Environment and Agricultural Commodities Survey (REACS). The statistics on crop and horticultural area and production were used to estimate biomass volumes for the Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment Project. Department for Energy and Mining - Urban Waste
공공데이터포털
State-wide data for (source separated) organics resource recovery reported by the South Australia Recycle Activity report 2013-14 (Zero Waste SA 2015) was used to estimate potential biomass residues by ABS SA4 Regions for C&D and C&I. Local Government kerbside collection data (2014-15) collected by the Office of Local Government was used to derive MSW data. Urban waste volumes may vary from year to year. Future biomass data sets could consider providing a range for these biomass residue volumes, which may better reflect the uncertainties in annual volumes that may be generated. It is also important to recognise that source separated organic residues will already be subject to some type of resource recovery and reuse (e.g. manufacture of mulch and compost products, anaerobic digestion for energy production). Future data sets could quantify this resource recovery activity.

공공데이터포털
ABS released data contains final estimates for data items collected in the 2014–15 Rural Environment and Agricultural Commodities Survey (REACS). The statistics on crop and horticultural area and production were used to estimate biomass volumes for the Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment Project. Agriculture data includes Cereal Straw, Non Cereal Straw and Hay & Silage. The Drought Minimum and Bumper Maximum has been calculated by using the total tonnage of a drought/bumper year as a percentage of the total tonnage of an average year and applying these percentages to the total for each region. (41% and 158% respectively). Kelly.Bryant@des.qld.gov.au - Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment - Queensland data
공공데이터포털
The Queensland based data for the Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment (ABBA). ABBA provides detailed information about biomass resources across Australia. This information will assist in project development and decision making for new bioenergy projects, and provide linkages between biomass supply, through the supply chain, to the end user. To achieve this, the project collects, on a state by state basis, data on the location, volumes and availability of biomass, for inclusion on the Australian Renewable Energy Mapping Infrastructure (AREMI) platform. For detailed information about how this data was derived download the technical methods documents.
