TASVEG 4.0
TASVEG is a Tasmania-wide vegetation map produced by the Tasmanian Vegetation Monitoring and Mapping Program (TVMMP). TASVEG comprises 157 mapping units captured at a nominal scale of 1:25,000. TASVEG is continually revised and updated via photographic and satellite image interpretation and is verified in the field where possible. This version (4.0) represents the fourth major release of the TASVEG layer since 2004. TASVEG mapping is indicative only. Whilst extensive checks are applied to release versions of TASVEG, confirming the presence or otherwise of TASVEG communities requires field validation by a qualified practitioner.

TASVEG is a Tasmania-wide vegetation map produced by the Tasmanian Vegetation Monitoring and Mapping Program (TVMMP). TASVEG comprises 156 mapping units captured at a nominal scale of 1:25,000. The TASVEG mapping builds on and incorporates the Regional Forest Agreement (RFA) mapping of forest vegetation communities, originally mapped at 1:100,000 scale, as well as the World Heritage Area (WHA) mapping that was carried out at 1:25,000 scale. TASVEG is continually revised and updated via photographic and satellite image interpretation and is verified in the field where possible. This version (3.0) represents the third major release of the TASVEG layer since 2004. TASVEG mapping is indicative only. Whilst extensive checks are applied to release versions of TASVEG, confirming the presence or otherwise of TASVEG communities requires field validation by a qualified practitioner.
Victorian Alpine Plot Network (ATEX): Vegetation Data, South-east Highlands, Australia, 2013–2014
공공데이터포털
The Victorian Alpine Plot Network Vegetation Data Package contains vegetation data for four sites situated on the Bogong High Plains. Sites, which comprise multiple 1 square metre plots, are visited every second snow-free season. Vegetative growth is recorded in seven selected species, namely Carex breviculmis, Poa hiemata (Graminiods) and Celmisia pugioniformis, Erigeron bellidioides, and Plantago euryphylla (Forbs), and stems of Asterolasia trymalioides and Pimelea alpine by measuring growth amounts and converting measurements into a relative rate. This is part of a larger dataset that spans from during data collected in 2003 to document long-term effects of climate change (see methods for more information). The Victorian Alpine Plot Network research plots are revisited on a biannual basis , though measurements taken during surveys differ from visit to visit. A synopsis of related data packages which have been collected as part of the Victorian Alpine Plot Network’s full program is provided at http://www.ltern.org.au/index.php/ltern-plot-networks/victorian-alpine

NSW State Vegetation Type Map
공공데이터포털
Current Extent The State Vegetation Type Map (SVTM) is a regional-scale map of NSW Plant Community Types. This map represents the current extent of each Plant Community Type, Vegetation Class and Vegetation Formation, across all tenures in NSW. This map is updated periodically as part of the Integrated BioNet Vegetation Data program to improve quality and alignment to the NSW vegetation classification hierarchy. An SVTM pre-clearing PCT map is available here. Further information about the mapping methods is available from the State Vegetation Type Mapping Program Page Current Release C2.0.M2.1 (November2024) This release includes revisions, using the most recent NSW PCT Classification Master list (represented by “C2.0” in the version release number). PCT spatial distributions were manually edited based on user and community feedback since the previous C2.0.M2.0 release. In addition, changes were made to the Native Vegetation Extent mask which is used to create the Native Extent map. Detailed technical information is available here. Data Access Map data may be downloaded, viewed within the SEED Map Viewer, or accessed via the underlying ArcGIS REST Services or WMS for integration in GIS or business applications. The Trees Near Me NSW app provides quick access to view the map using a mobile device or desktop. Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or access the web site at https://treesnearme.app. Map Data Type The map is supplied as ESRI Feature Class (Quickview) and 5m GeoTiff Raster, and can be viewed and analysed in most commercial and open-source spatial software packages. If you prefer to use the download package, we supply an ArcGIS v10.4 mxd and/or a layer file for suggested symbology. The raster attributes contain PCT, Vegetation Class and Vegetation Formation. Feedback and Support We welcome your feedback to assist us in continuously improving our products. To help us track and process your feedback, please use the SEED Data Feedback tool available via the SEED map viewer. For further support, contact the BioNet Team at bionet@environment.nsw.gov.au.
