Trails (PWS)
The location of mountain bike trails (MTB) classified under the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) difficulty rating as depicted in the PWS Asset Management System (AMS). Also includes other trails such as railways, dive and horse riding. The majority of included features may not be owned and/or managed by PWS, although many are of strategic interest to PWS and are included. Trails are on reserved and crown land. WSA_ARC: This data set represents Wilderness Study Area (WSA) boundaries as inventoried in the mid1980's and defined in the October 1991 "Wilderness Study Report". Wilderness Study Areas are essentially roadless areas under BLM jurisdiction. Wilderness Study Areas have special management restrictions and priorities. They are a one-time designation and new WSA or additions to WSA are rare.
