Vegetation Cover for metropolitan Melbourne 2014
This dataset contains vegetation features represented by polygons as at 2014. Each polygon is based on ABS mesh blocks which have been subdivided by Vicmap property road casement polygons. It's part of a collection of data from Plan Melbourne Action 91 initiative also referred to as Cooling & Greening or Vegetation and Urban heat mapping https://mapshare.vic.gov.au/coolinggreening/

Vicmap Vegetation
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains vegetation features represented by polygons. It is part of the Vicmap suite of products. Includes tree density levels. Datasets in the series are listed below. See their metadata entries for more detailed metadata. Tree Density - Vicmap Vegetation (TREE_DENSITY)
Vegetation
공공데이터포털
This dataset is a polygon representation of vegetation communities within the coastal strip of the Northern and Southern National Resource Management (NRM) Regions of Tasmania. Each polygon represents a single vegetation community; mapping units conform to TASVEG 1.0 mapping unit specifications and data format. Vegetation communities were identified to a 1ha resolution or to 0.25ha where a threatened vegetation community was suspected. This dataset is part of the NRM Coastal Values Project. The Project maps vegetation, fauna habitat and geomorphology from High Water mark to 100 metres inland for part of the coastline of the Southern and Northern NRM Regions of Tasmania. The purpose of the coastal values mapping is to provide an easily accessible database on vegetation and geomorphology to support better strategic planning, land use planning and management on the coast.
Tree canopies 2019
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains spatial polygons which represent tree canopy areas across the City of Melbourne. It can be easily mapped using the geometry column. Tree canopy polygons have been derived by ArborCarbon from high-resolution airborne multispectral imagery. ArborCarbon collected this imagery using the ArborCam, a unique 11-band airborne multispectral camera system optimized for the accurate detection of vegetation and subtle changes in vegetation condition. The high-resolution airborne imagery datasets were geometrically corrected and orthorectified using the City of Melbourne’s publicly available 2018 aerial imagery and a Digital Terrain Model supplied by the City. A Digital Surface Model was generated from the acquired imagery for the full extent of the City, enabling the stratification of vegetation into a range of height categories. All vegetation >3m above the ground was classified as canopy (excluding vegetation on building rooftops).

Greater Sydney Region Urban Vegetation Cover to Modified Mesh Block 2016
공공데이터포털
The Greater Sydney Region Urban Vegetation Cover to Modified Mesh Block 2016 provides both an area and percentage of vegetation for city blocks and infrastructure corridors in the Greater Sydney Region as of 2016. With this dataset, users can estimate tree canopy and vegetation cover in urban areas at many scales, such as mesh block, precinct, or local government area. Having current and accurate estimates of tree canopy and vegetation like this supports citizens and governments to reliably identify areas of tree canopy and confidently develop urban greening and heat island mitigation strategies and action. This dataset provides the user with information of high spatial accuracy. The dataset uses vegetation information derived from high resolution aerial photography combined with boundary and land use information from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) Mesh Block polygon dataset augmented with road and railroad data from the NSW Digital Cadastral Database. The content was co-designed with state and local governments and developed using scientifically-rigorous methodologies. The extent of the dataset covers urban, major urban, peri-urban and other urban areas within the Greater Sydney Region. While the dataset provides wall to wall coverage of many councils, it does not include far outlying rural areas in the Region.
Vicmap Vegetation - Tree Urban Point
공공데이터포털
The Vicmap Vegetation Tree Urban represents trees as points across Metropolitan Melbourne and the urban environment within four regional councils: Wangaratta, Sale, Shepparton and Ballarat. This product is derived from machine learning of high resolution aerial photography with no post processing human intervention.
