Part of the VLAT dataset series. This dataset plays a key role in the management of Victoria's Crown land. It is being created (June 2003 - Feb 2004) from migrating LCMP layers into the Vicmap structure. At this stage it does not cover Metropolitan Melbourne. The layer provides information about Crown Roads. This dataset s a raw superset of GOV_ROAD_POLYGON. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD). The dataset is continually maintained, obtaining maintenance from authoritative sources within State Government. VLAT_GOV_ROAD_POLYGON is a polygon layer depicting Government Roads including roads as laid out on Parish Plans & proclaimed as Road in Government Gazettes. The Vicmap Parcel and VM_CROWN_SIMPLE layer is also recording "G" CROWN_STATUS Parcels that are Government Roads parcelled by the Crown Land Registry unit.

Cadastral Point is a point layer belonging to Vicmap Property and consists of data representing Victoria's land parcels, properties and road casements. It is used extensively in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) by the public and private sectors. This dataset s a raw superset of Vicmap Property - CAD_POINT. It shows the current and retired state of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature editing chaining (UFI_OLD). This point layer should be used in conjunction with the other layers and aspatial tables that make up Vicmap Property. It provides information about horizontal positional uncertainty, facilitates the identification of objects built on survey adjusted data and provides a spatial linkage to Vicmap Survey

Point location of named or could be named Victorian topographic features. Inclusions are rivers, water bodies, transport (excluding roads), geographic features and most of the Vicmap Features of Interest point content. These features all reside within the Vicmap Framework Products. Features are combined to create one piece of geometry based on name and type. The database is continually maintained, obtaining maintenance from authoritative sources within State Government. CL_TENURE_VIEW contains a number of Tenure types including: - (A) Agricultural including Unused Road licences, Water Frontage licences and Grazing licences, - (L) Lease including Commercial type leases, - (G) General Licences including miscellaneous community use licences, permits & consents - (P) Pipe including Water supply pipelines, - (RM) Reserve including land gazetted as a Reserve in Government Gazettes, - Tenure Identifiers, Tenure type identifiers and Tenure code identifiers. - Unique feature identifiers, date stamps and data quality information. - Cross reference to Vicmap Property.

Part of the VLAT dataset series. This dataset contains the polygons for the authoritative Locality boundary dataset for Victoria. This dataset s a raw superset of VMADMIN_LOCALITY_POLYGON. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD). Locality Boundaries are as defined by Local Governments and registered by the Registrar of Geographic Names (GeoNames). The Vicmap Admin Locality data only contains Bounded Localities (known as LOCB in the GeoNames data). There are also unbounded localities/neighbourhoods (LOCU or NBHD) in the GeoNames data but this is NOT contained within Vicmap Admin Locality. Aligned to Vicmap Property.
