Vicmap Crown Land Tenure plays a key role in the management of Victoria’s Crown land. The product provides information about the private use of Crown land parcels and Crown roads. The product includes land use licences such as: grazing, water frontage and unused road licences leases for commercial purposes general or miscellaneous licences, permits and consents pipeline and Water Supply licences apiaries and bee farm licences reserve status and reserve management – land gazetted or set aside for a specific use

Land Tax is administered by the State Revenue Office pursuant to the Land Tax Act 2005. Land Tax is calculated using the appropriate rate and applying this to the total taxable value (site value) of your land holdings (excluding exempt land such as your home). This dataset contains Land tax data for each of the 79 Victorian Municipalities and includes the following: Municipality name, property count, total unimproved value, total proportionate tax and percentage of total tax.
