Ontario COVID-19 outbreaks data
This dataset compiles daily snapshots of publicly reported data on 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks in Ontario. [Learn how the Government of Ontario is helping to keep Ontarians safe during the 2019 Novel Coronavirus outbreak]( https://covid-19.ontario.ca/) Data includes: * Summary of cases associated with outbreaks, by outbreak setting and date * Summary of ongoing outbreaks by outbreak setting * Summary of ongoing outbreaks by Public Health Unit (PHU) **As of June 16, all COVID-19 datasets will be updated weekly on Thursdays by 2pm** Effective March 25, 2022: Due to changes in testing, it is no longer possible to accurately track the total number of cases of COVID-19 associated with outbreaks in education, recreational, workplace, and unknown/other settings. This dataset is subject to change. Public Health Infobase - Data on COVID-19 in Canada

The data contained in the table describes COVID-19 in Canada in terms of number of cases and deaths at the provincial and national levels from January 31, 2020 to present time. It also describes the number of tests performed and the number of people recovered. The values displayed in the table are provided by the Public Health Infobase, managed by the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Branch (HPCDPB) of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). The values are updated daily.
COVID-19 Case Surveillance Public Use Data

Beginning March 1, 2022, the "COVID-19 Case Surveillance Public Use Data" will be updated on a monthly basis. This case surveillance public use dataset has 12 elements for all COVID-19 cases shared with CDC and includes demographics, any exposure history, disease severity indicators and outcomes, presence of any underlying medical conditions and risk behaviors, and no geographic data.,

The data is for COVID-19 clinics. From 20 October 2023, COVID-19 datasets will no longer be updated. Latest national COVID-19 spread, vaccination and treatment metrics are available on the Australian Government Health website: https://www.health.gov.au/topics/covid-19/reporting?language=und This dataset provides data on COVID-19 testing and assessment clinics by geolocation, address, contact details, services provided and opening hours. This data is subject to change as clinic locations are changed. The Government has obligations under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of the personal, including the health information, of individuals. Information about NSW Privacy laws is available here: https://data.nsw.gov.au/understand-key-data-legislation. The information published about COVID-19 clinics does not include any information to directly identify individuals, such as their name, date of birth or address. Other governments and private sector bodies also have legal obligations in relation to the protection of personal, including health, information. See this link for more information https://imap.maryland.gov/pages/covid-data Summary Congregate living facilities in Maryland that have active COVID-19 outbreaks. Description The MD COVID-19 Congregate Outbreak data layer represents congregate living facilities in Maryland (i.e., nursing homes, assisted living facilities, state and local facilities, and group homes with 10 or more occupants) that have active COVID-19 outbreaks, with at least one confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. Data are based on facility reports to MDH. Facilities are removed from the list when health Terms of Use The Spatial Data, and the information therein, (collectively the "Data") is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory. The user assumes the entire risk as to quality and performance of the Data. No guarantee of accuracy is granted, nor is any responsibility for reliance thereon assumed. In no event shall the State of Maryland be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind. The State of Maryland does not accept liability for any damages or misrepresentation caused by inaccuracies in the Data or as a result to changes to the Data, nor is there responsibility assumed to maintain the Data in any manner or form.
