Dawson Land Management Units - 250k
공공데이터포털
The Recommended Plan divides the Dawson planning region into 21 discrete areas of land called Landscape Management Units. They are generally based upon differences in use, ecology, land status, habitat and physical landscape features such as watersheds. Each Landscape Management Unit has its own management direction. The Recommended Plan's Land Use Designation System describes the management intent of each Landscape Management Unit. The system recommended for the Dawson planning region is similar to other planning regions in Yukon. Wetlands - 10k
공공데이터포털
CryoGeographic Consulting, in association with Palmer Environmental Consulting Group Inc., provided Yukon Energy, Mines and Resources and Yukon Environment with the results of the mapping and classification of wetlands and adjacent upland habitat in the Indian River valley and its major tributaries. This report and its accompanying map set have been updated to reflect study area expansion and additional field reconnaissance completed in the summer of 2017. Interpretation of shallow water wetlands within disturbed landscapes was completed by Ducks Unlimited Canada and incorporated. Five classes of wetlands are distinguished - bogs, fens, swamps, marshes and shallow water - based on field investigations and interpretation of high-resolution aerial photography and satellite imagery. Landscape Management Units - 250k
공공데이터포털
The purpose of this feature class is to identify the forest resources management zones within a Forest Resources Management Plan, as per subsection 2(h) of the Forest Resources Regulation. These sub-divided smaller forest planning areas or landscape units are based on watershed boundaries and modified by local access and development patterns. They usually contain similar management concerns and forest types. The units form the boundaries for detailed information gathering, monitoring and planning. Subdivision Applications - 50k
공공데이터포털
The Land Planning Branch manages subdivision requests anywhere in Yukon, other than Whitehorse or Dawson. In order to divide or reconfigure any privately titled lot a subdivision approval is required. In the creation of new parcels from Yukon land, a subdivision application is made by Land Client Services, Land Management Branch on behalf of the applicant. Subdivision applications are typically decided upon within a 90 day timeline. Notification is often provided to property owners in the application area as well as publicly in the form of newspapers. Decisions for approval include conditions which must be followed to receive survey plan approval. Contact subdivision land use planner for more information at [[land.planning@yukon.ca](.underline)](mailto:land.planning@yukon.ca) . Features shown in this dataset are comprised of the project outlines only and don"t represent the proposed parcels or boundary alignments. They are derived from the surveyed parcel fabric or sketches provided by the applicants. This dataset is maintained by the Land Management Branch. Yukon Planning Regions - 250k
공공데이터포털
Boundaries for Yukon regional land use planning. Boundaries are subject to revision as Government and Yukon First Nations agree to commence regional planning. Once appointed and operating, regional land use planning commissions are to develop and recommend a regional land use plan for their region. Yukon Government and affected First Nations will then approve and implement the plan. Vegetation Inventory - 5k - Soil Nutrient Regime
공공데이터포털
This feature delineates forest and vegetation stands in the Yukon at a scale of 1:5,000. It is an operational level forest inventory (as opposed to a management level). This inventory has been completed in various stages, between 2013 and 2014, and delineation via softcopy from stereo images acquired in the years 2007 and 2012. The aerial images used for the Haines Junction region (Champagne and Aishihik Traditional Territory) had a ground sample distance (GSD) of 40 cm and were collected in both color and infrared. The aerial imagery in the southcentral Yukon were 1:40,000 black and white hard copy images, scanned at 60 microns or approximately 1m GSD.
