Ontario Road Network: Road Net Element
The ORN is a provincewide geographic database of over 250,000 kilometres of municipal roads, provincial highways, and resource and recreational roads. The ORN is the authoritative source of roads data for the Government of Ontario. Road names in the ORN are the official names provided by the authoritative jurisdiction for each road segment, such as a municipality or the Ontario Government. The list of authoritative sources used for the ORN is in the “Ontario Road Network - List of Partners” document in the Supporting Files section below. You can also find the authoritative jurisdiction for a specific road feature in the Jurisdiction table in ORN Road Net Element. ORN Road Net Element requires an advanced knowledge of GIS including LRS and complex table relationships. This dataset contains the following related tables: * official street name * alternate street name * address information * road classification * number of lanes * road surface * speed limit * structure * toll point * blocked passage * route name * route number * jurisdiction * source * underpass * junction

Ontario Road Network (ORN) Composite
공공데이터포털
The Ontario Road Network (ORN) Composite product is a segmented derivative of the ORN Road Net Element (ORNELEM) data class. You can use it for mapping and general spatial analysis. Road segment information includes: * addressing * full street name * alternate street name * speed limit * number of lanes * pavement status * road class * jurisdiction * route number * direction of traffic flow * shield type information The ORN is a provincewide geographic database of over 250,000 km of: * municipal roads * provincial highways * resource and recreational roads The ORN is the authoritative source of roads data for the Government of Ontario. This product is derived from the [ORN Road Net Element](https://geohub.lio.gov.on.ca/datasets/mnrf::ontario-road-network-orn-road-net-element/about) data class. It combines three types of geometry: * road elements * ferry connections * virtual roads This product also includes additional road feature layers including: * blocked passages * underpasses * toll points * structures
Ontario Railway Network (ORWN)
공공데이터포털
The Ontario Railway Network (ORWN) is seven data classes that use the federal GEOBASE standard for the National Railway Network (NRWN) geospatial data. The seven data classes include: * track * crossing * junctions * marker posts * structure lines * structure points * stations Although the ORWN is mainly used as base data for cartographic products, users will also get railway-associated attributes.
Ontario Trail Network
공공데이터포털
The Ontario Trail Network (OTN) contains geospatial networks of trails in urban, rural and wilderness settings that are managed by a named organization for transportation, recreation, active living or tourism purposes. The OTN relies on data sharing partnerships with local trail organizations and municipal, provincial and federal governments for ongoing updates and maintenance. Trails in the OTN must be: * associated with a named trail organization * intended for free or paid public access * marked and maintained The OTN collection includes two data classes: * Ontario Trail Network segment derived * Ontario Trail Network access points __Ontario Trail Network segment derived__ This spatial dataset represents segments of trails in the OTN. Trail segments define a linear corridor through the natural or urban environment. The corridors may be single segments or form a looping system. The data includes characteristics about each trail, such as: * trail name * trail association * permitted use * description * length Examples of trail types include: * hiking or walking * cycling * cross-country skiing and snowshoeing * paddling and portage * equestrian * snowmobiling, all terrain vehicle and off-road motorcycle * barrier free (wheelchair accessible) * ice skating Some trail networks have official access points. You can find the location of these points in the OTN_ACCESS_POINT spatial dataset. __Ontario Trail Network access points__ This spatial dataset represents the main access points to a trail system that is part of the OTN. This layer should be used together with OTN Segment Derived. Access points can be spatially related to a trail network based on relative location to a trail segment. Not all trail networks will have official access points.
Interchanges
공공데이터포털
Interchanges are shown on the Official Road Map of Ontario (ORM) as information for the travelling public. This feature class includes all interchanges on provincial highways as well as interchanges on other roads (eg. Municipal, outside of Ontario and US) that are shown on the ORM. *[ORM]: Official Road Map *[eg.]: for example *[US]: United States

Transport Features is composed of, among others, the National Road Network (NRN) and the National Railway Network (NRWN). Transport Features entities are: Nautical Facility, Track Segment, Track Junction, Railway Station, Track Crossing, Track Marker Post, Track Structure, Rail Ferry, Road Segment, Road Ferry, Road Junction, Blocked Passage, Toll Point, Aerial Cableway, Footbridge, Trail, Navigational Aid, Marina, and Runway. CanVec is a digital cartographic reference product of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). It originates from the best available data sources covering Canadian territory, offers quality topographical information in vector format and complies with international geomatics standards. CanVec is a multi-source product coming mainly from the National Topographic Data Base (NTDB), the Mapping the North process conducted by the Canada Center for Mapping and Earth Observation (CCMEO), the Atlas of Canada data, the GeoBase initiative and the data update using satellite imagery coverage (e.g. Landsat 7, Spot, Radarsat, etc.). National Road Network (NRN) - AB, Alberta
공공데이터포털
The NRN product is distributed in the form of thirteen provincial or territorial datasets and consists of two linear entities (Road Segment and Ferry Connection Segment) and three punctual entities (Junction, Blocked Passage, Toll Point) with which is associated a series of descriptive attributes such as, among others: First House Number, Last House Number, Street Name Body, Place Name, Functional Road Class, Pavement Status, Number Of Lanes, Structure Type, Route Number, Route Name, Exit Number. The development of the NRN was realized by means of individual meetings and national workshops with interested data providers from the federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments. In 2005, the NRN edition 2.0 was alternately adopted by members from the Inter-Agency Committee on Geomatics (IACG) and the Canadian Council on Geomatics (CCOG). The NRN content largely conforms to the ISO 14825 from ISO/TC 204.
