Nova Scotia Lake Chemistry Data
The Nova Scotia Lake Survey program is a partnership initiative between the Department of Environment and Climate Change and the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to inventory lakes throughout the province determining baseline water quality, in support of both sport fisheries and water resource management areas. The following weblink connects to a Department of Environment and Climate Change web map that includes the locations of the monitored lakes within the province and an alternative method for downloading the same lake chemistry dataset: http://nse.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=7ded7a30bef44f848e8a4fc8672c89bd"

Surface Water Quality Monitoring Network Station Locations
공공데이터포털
A shapefile of the Nova Scotia Automated Surface Water Quality Monitoring Network monitoring stations. The network was established in 2002 to assess near real-time water quality in surface waters across the province at five river stations and one lake station. The results are used to help manage water resources, determine baseline water quality in lakes and watercourses throughout the province, evaluate the impact of human activities on surface water, and assess long term trends in water quality. The following weblink connects to a Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Climate Change web map that includes the six monitoring station locations and an alternative method for downloading the same dataset: http://nse.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=7ded7a30bef44f848e8a4fc8672c89bd
Nova Scotia Topographic DataBase - Water Features (Point Layer)
공공데이터포털
Part of the Nova Scotia Topographic Database the Nova Scotia Hydrographic Network (Water Features) is updated and maintained from aerial photography. Lakes, Rivers, Islands and many other features are collected and networked into a seamless relation data base. Toponyms are included in the attribute table for named hydrographic features. Hydrographic feature codes and their descriptions are provided with the download in a NSTDB feature code table. Nova Scotia Current and Wave Data: Deployment Information
공공데이터포털
This dataset is complementary to the Centre for Marine Applied Research’s (CMAR) Current Data and Wave Data County datasets. The Current and Wave data are measured by Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCPs), which are typically deployed for 1 – 3 months in a single location. This Deployment Information dataset provides details for each ADCP deployment, including the variable(s) measured, the deployment location, and instrument configuration.
Lake Inventory Surveys
공공데이터포털
This spatial layer displays lakes that have had full or partial surveys, and contains information regarding the dates of those surveys and an indication of the data collected on each survey date
