This dataset is a list of Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) offices and includes contact information, addresses, and languages spoken in each office. Note: In addition to the languages listed, the DOR has various Bilingual language resources available in each office that allow us to serve members of the public who may speak a language other than English.

This dataset contains the location of Adult Residential Facilities (734 Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs, 735 Adult Residential, 736 Residential Facility for the Chronically Ill, 772 Social Rehabilitation Facility, and 775 Adult Day Program).

This file includes California healthcare facilities that are operational and have a current license issued by the CDPH and/or a current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification. To link the CDPH facility IDs with those from other Departments, like HCAI, please reference the "Licensed Facility Cross-Walk" Open Data table at https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/licensed-facility-crosswalk. Facility geographic variables are updated monthly, if latitude/longitude information is missing at any point in time, it should be available when the next time the Open Data facility file is refreshed. This dataset contains a list of Residential Elder Care facilities (740 Residential Care Elderly and 741 Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) - Continuing Care Retirement Community).

This table contains data on the annual number of fatal and severe road traffic injuries per population and per miles traveled by transport mode, for California, its regions, counties, county divisions, cities/towns, and census tracts. Injury data is from the Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS), California Highway Patrol (CHP), 2002-2010 data from the Transportation Injury Mapping System (TIMS) . The table is part of a series of indicators in the [Healthy Communities Data and Indicators Project of the Office of Health Equity]. Transportation accidents are the second leading cause of death in California for people under the age of 45 and account for an average of 4,018 deaths per year (2006-2010). Risks of injury in traffic collisions are greatest for motorcyclists, pedestrians, and bicyclists and lowest for bus and rail passengers. Minority communities bear a disproportionate share of pedestrian-car fatalities; Native American male pedestrians experience 4 times the death rate as Whites or Asians, and African-Americans and Latinos experience twice the rate as Whites or Asians.
