Hazardous Waste Id Numbers
공공데이터포털
Hazardous waste identification (ID) numbers are issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Federal EPA ID number) or by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (California State ID number). The ID number identifies each handler of hazardous waste on hazardous waste manifests and other paperwork. The ID number enables regulators to track the waste from its origin to final disposal, a process also referred to as “cradle to grave.” With a few exceptions, most hazardous waste generators must have an ID number before a registered hazardous waste transporter will accept their waste for shipment. All hazardous waste transporters and permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) must have a hazardous waste ID number. New York Hazardous Waste Manifest Data: 2006 - 2018
공공데이터포털
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation requires shipments of hazardous waste from small and large quantity generators be tracked using a hazardous waste manifest. This tracking document must contain the names and addresses of the generator of the waste, transporter of the waste, and the destination facility of the waste. The manifest is also used to track the types and quantities of wastes being shipped as well as shipments that are rejected or re-directed.
Hazardous Waste Generators
공공데이터포털
The HazWaste database contains generator (companies and/or individuals) site and mailing address information, waste generation, the amount of waste generated etc. of all the hazardous waste generators in Vermont. Database was developed in early 1990's for program management and to meet EPA Authorization requirements. The database has been updated to more modern data systems periodically.
