i08 GroundwaterLevelSeasonal Points
This dataset depicts groundwater level (expressed as elevation in feet amsl) at selected monitoring locations (wells) , by season and year. Other information on the monitoring location is also included. Water level monitoring locations and measurements used are selected based on measurement date and well construction information, where available, and approximate groundwater levels in the unconfined to uppermost semi-confined aquifers. This dataset was created to assist state and local agencies in assessing the status of groundwater levels statewide for recent seasons/years and in relation to other periods. For more information on this service, please contact gis@water.ca.gov

i08 GroundwaterStations EnterpriseWaterManagement
공공데이터포털
This is a point feature class of all groundwater elevation monitoring stations (wells) maintained in the California Department of Water Resources’ (hereafter the Department) Enterprise Water Management database. Individual station information comes from a wide variety of sources, including and local and federal agencies, that conduct groundwater elevation monitoring within the state of California. This dataset was developed by the State of California, Department of Water Resources, for uses beneficial to the State. The information is available upon request to interested members of the public. While the Department believes the information to be reliable and made efforts to assure its reliability at the time the information was compiled, the information is provided "as is". The Department is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, quality or legal sufficiency of the information. Any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. Neither the Department nor the State of California shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data or profits; or business interruption), however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability or tort, arising in any way out of the use of this information. This disclaimer applies to use of the information alone and to its aggregate use with other information, data or programs. The information contained in each record was obtained from information on contained in the Department’s Enterprise Water Management database. This dataset does not represent all information stored on the sites references, rather, this is a subset of the total information stored. To obtain the most additional information about the station record you are interested in, please contact the data steward. The State of California and the Department of Water Resources hereby specifically retain any intellectual property interest, including copyright, that they may hold in the information provided, whether the information is in the form of data, files, text images, photography or maps. The Department requests that persons receiving and using this information not make it available to others for their re-use. Instead, interested third parties should be encouraged to contact the Department for copies, in order to ensure that the information is obtained from the source that developed it, that can provide the greatest degree of reliability.
i08 GroundwaterElevationSeasonal Contours
공공데이터포털
This service depicts contours of estimated groundwater piezometric surfaces in the unconfined or uppermost semi-confined aquifers. Contours represent and elevation above mean sea level (in feet, NAVD88), by year and season (fall or spring). The contour interval is 10 ft. For 'Elevation' type contours, contours represent lines of equal elevation of the estimated groundwater level surface above mean sea level. Higher contour values indicate higher elevations of the estimated groundwater level. Negative values indicate groundwater surface elevations below mean sea level. For more information on this service, please contact: gis@water.ca.gov
i08 GroundwaterLevelChange Contours
공공데이터포털
This dataset depicts contours of estimated change in groundwater piezometric surfaces in the unconfined or uppermost semi-confined aquifers, between two specified years, by season. Contours represent change in groundwater level (elevation) by year and season (fall or spring). The contour interval is 10 ft. The contours represent lines of equal change in groundwater level surface. Positive values indicate groundwater has risen (groundwater surface elevation has increased) from the early year to the late year, while negative values indicate groundwater level surface has fallen (decreased in elevation ) from the early year to the late year.Water level measurements used for contouring are selected based on measurement date and well construction information, where available, and approximate groundwater levels in the unconfined to uppermost semi-confined aquifers. Data sets for: Status of Water Quality in Groundwater Resources Used for Drinking-Water Supply in the Southeastern San Joaquin Valley, 2013-2015 - California GAMA Priority Basin Project
공공데이터포털
This data release contains site information and potential explanatory factor data for 1,899 groundwater sites. These sites were used to assess groundwater quality in aquifers used for domestic and public drinking water supply in the southeastern San Joaquin Valley. The southeastern San Joaquin Valley (SESJV) study unit consists of five study areas whose boundaries are defined by the eponymous California Department of Water Resources groundwater subbasins of the San Joaquin Valley groundwater basin: Madera-Chowchilla, Kings, Kaweah, Tule, and Tulare Lake. The sites consist of 198 wells representing the domestic-supply aquifer and 1,701 wells representing the public-supply aquifer. The domestic-supply aquifer wells were sampled in 2013-2015 by the USGS for either the California Groundwater Ambient Monitoring and Assessment Program Priority Basin Project (GAMA-PBP) or the USGS National Water Quality Assessment project (NAWQA). The public-supply aquifer wells were either sampled by the USGS for the GAMA-PBP in 2005-2018 or have water-quality data in the California State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water (SWRCB-DDW) public database. The data types in this data release include site identification and location, well construction and lithology data, land use characteristics, groundwater age and oxidation-reduction classifications and aridity indices. Not all sites have data for all fields. Water-quality data for the sites are available from U.S. Geological Survey (2023), and California State Water Resources Control Board Division of Drinking Water (2023). The study design and the assessment results are presented in Burow and others (2024).
