This is a point feature class of environmental monitoring stations maintained in the California Department of Water Resources’ (hereafter the Department) Hydstra continuous database management system used for collection of high frequency continuous timeseries data for groundwater, surface water, water quality and tidal station types. The QA/QC data timeseries data associated with these stations is published through the Departments Water Data Library web application. This dataset is comprised of a “Stations Table” and a related “Period of Record Table”. Stations table is the primary feature class and contains basic information about each station including Station Name, Latitude, Longitude and Description. The Period of Record Table is a related feature class that contains a list of parameters (i.e. stage, flow, depth to groundwater, water temperature, turbidity, pH, etc.) collected at each station along with the start date and end date (period of record) for each parameter and the number of data points collected.

This is a point feature class of all groundwater elevation monitoring stations (wells) maintained in the California Department of Water Resources’ (hereafter the Department) Enterprise Water Management database. Individual station information comes from a wide variety of sources, including and local and federal agencies, that conduct groundwater elevation monitoring within the state of California.

This feature service captures Ecosystem metrics identified for monitoring the status and changes based on projects & activities occurring in the Systemwide Planning Area (SPA). The EcoMetric_PT (point) service includes Stressors – Fish Passage Barriers. The EcoMetric_Line (line) service includes Natural Bank, SRA Cover, Stressors – Revetment, and Stressors – Levees. The EcoMetric_Poly (polygon) service includes Floodplain Inundation, River Meander Potential, Habitat – Riparian, Habitat – Marsh and Wetlands and Stressors – Invasive Plants. This dataset depicts contours of estimated change in groundwater piezometric surfaces in the unconfined or uppermost semi-confined aquifers, between two specified years, by season. Contours represent change in groundwater level (elevation) by year and season (fall or spring). The contour interval is 10 ft.

This dataset depicts contours of estimated change in groundwater piezometric surfaces in the unconfined or uppermost semi-confined aquifers, between two specified years, by season. Contours represent change in groundwater level (elevation) by year and season (fall or spring). The contour interval is 10 ft. The contours represent lines of equal change in groundwater level surface. Positive values indicate groundwater has risen (groundwater surface elevation has increased) from the early year to the late year, while negative values indicate groundwater level surface has fallen (decreased in elevation ) from the early year to the late year.Water level measurements used for contouring are selected based on measurement date and well construction information, where available, and approximate groundwater levels in the unconfined to uppermost semi-confined aquifers.
