Transient gene expression profile changes of confluent human fibroblast cells in spaceflight
Microgravity or an altered gravity environment from the static 1g has been shown to influence global gene expression patterns and protein levels in cultured cells or animals but it is unclear how these changes in gene and protein expressions are related to each other or are related to other factors regulating such changes. Recent advancement in the field of molecular biology revealed that a different class of RNA the small non-coding microRNA (miRNA) can have a broad effect on gene expression networks by mainly inhibiting the translational process. In this experiment conducted on the International Space Station we propose to test the hypotheses that miRNA profiles will be altered in the space environment and that cellular responses to DNA damage in space are different from those on the ground.

This data set contains RDR (calibrated) pre-encounter and encounter images taken by the Stardust Navigation Camera of asteroid 5535 Annefrank. The data in this data set have been calibrated based on work done during the Stardust-NExT mission. Changes in the calibration of the NAVCAM instrument, between these prime mission data and those of the Stardust-NExT mission, are a possibility and are addressed in [KLAASENETAL2011B].

M2T1NXADG (or tavg1_2d_adg_Nx) is an hourly time-averaged 2-dimensional data collection in Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications version 2 (MERRA-2). This collection consists of assimilated aerosol diagnostics (extended), such as dry and wet deposition of each aerosol component, dust emission and sedimentation for each sized bin, and organic carbon convective scavenging. The data fields are time-stamped with the central time of an hour starting from 00:30 UTC, e.g.: 00:30, 01:30, … , 23:30 UTC.MERRA-2 is the latest version of global atmospheric reanalysis for the satellite era produced by NASA Global Modeling and Assimilation Office (GMAO) using the Goddard Earth Observing System Model (GEOS) version 5.12.4. The dataset covers the period of 1980-present with the latency of ~3 weeks after the end of a month. This data set contains EDR (raw) pre-encounter and encounter images taken by the Stardust Navigation Camera of asteroid 5535 Annefrank. This is a new version of a subset of an existing data set, based on work done during the Stardust-NExT mission. The updated calibration from the Stardust-NExT mission was applied to these data in a separate data set (similar name: Level 3; RDR). Changes in the calibration of the NAVCAM instrument, between these prime mission data and those of the Stardust-NExT mission, are a possibility and are addressed in [KLAASENETAL2011B].

The Juno MWR EDR data sets will ultimately include all uncalibrated MWR science data records for the entire Juno mission. The set in this volume will contain only those data obtained during the orbital phase of the Juno mission, when this phase of the mission is completed. These data comprise the raw data that address the primary objectives of the Juno mission. They consist of data obtained at the full MWR data rate during a five-hour period around each perijove pass, and data obtained at all other times for the purpose of instrument calibration and perform- ance monitoring. This volume consists of reformatted and uncalibrated data records. The reformatting operation reassembles received instrument data packets into one-hour-long records of time-ordered data correspond- ing to 100-ms observations made by the MWR instrument. This data set is intended to preserve the full content of the uncalibrated instrument packets and is to be used only as a last resort. The level 3 MWR archived data are designed to be complete and more easily used.

This data set contains data acquired by the spacecraft between 08/14/2018 and 07/31/2019. It only includes data downlinked before 08/01/2019. Future datasets may include more data acquired by the spacecraft after 08/13/2018 but downlinked after 07/31/2019. The data includes SWAP observations and plasma rolls in the approach and departure of MU69 (Arrokoth). A gain test was also performed.
