CTD, chlorophyll a and transmissivity data from the CRETM and LMER Projects in the Columbia River and Fraser River estuaries, 1999-06-16 to 1999-07-18 (NCEI Accession 9900159)
This collection includes station and environmental datasets from pump casts and associated CTD casts collected for the Columbia River LMER and Columbia River Turbidity Maximum (CRETM) projects. Pump cast sampling, and associated CTD casts took place from a fixed vessel during one 28-35 day cruise per year in 1990, 1991, 1992, 1995, and 1996. During 1997 and early 1998, there were 2 week "seasonal" cruises in May, July, and October (1997) and February to March (1998). During 1999, sampling was conducted for two weeks in June on the Columbia River and for two weeks in July on the Fraser River in British Columbia, Canada.

CTD profile and pump cast data from the Columbia River Estuary for the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) project from 1996-07-09 to 1998-03-06 (NCEI Accession 9800145)
공공데이터포털
Hydrophysical, hydrochemical, and other data were collected from CTD and pump casts in the Columbia River Estuary from 09 July 1996 to 06 March 1998. Data was collected as part of the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) Project. Data include water depths, temperatures, salinities, sigma-thetas, optical backscattering, chlorophyll a concentrations, beam attenuations, and percent transmissivities of pure water. CTD data, unless otherwise noted, were taken on the downcast and the resulting salinity and temperature profiles were used to select pump depths on the following upcast.

Data were collected by Texas A&M University (TAMU) as part of the Texas-Louisiana Shelf Circulation and Transport Processes Study (LATEX PART A). Data are self documenting and parameters include temperature, pressure, oxygen concentration, transmissivity, potential temperature, sound velocity, fluorescence, irradiance (PAR), and backscatter.
CTD and water sample data from research vessel Robert Gordon Sproul in the NE Pacific on 2013-10-24 (NCEI Accession 0157082)
공공데이터포털
The expedition by research vessel Robert Gordon Sproul from 23 to 25 October 2013 had the objective to recover a broken mooring from the CORC project (Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate) off southern California. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, one CTD cast with salinity water samples was done on the 24th; these data are reported here. The CTD salinity data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. The raw CTD data files are included for completeness as well.
