Water temperature, salinity, and others taken by CTD and Niskin bottles from the research vessel Neil Armstrong, cruise AR35-05, in the North Atlantic from 08-02-2019 to 08-25-2019 (NCEI Accession 0251721)
This submission contains salinity-calibrated Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD) data from the 2019 Ocean Observations Initiative (OOI) Irminger Sea 6 cruise (AR35-05). Data quality control methods have been used to assess performance of the CTD instrument. Resulting high-quality profiles were then used together with salinity bottle data analyzed at sea to create a post-cruise salinity-calibrated CTD product. This submission has been produced as part of an ongoing effort to more fully utilize CTD data collected by OOI Irminger cruises, which have been taking place annually since 2014. The hydrographic data collection facilitated by OOI in the Irminger Sea currently supports science for not only OOI end users, but also international oceanographic research projects, including the Overturning in the Subpolar North Atlantic Program (https://www.o-snap.org/), Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation Program (https://usclivar.org/amoc) and BioGeoChemical Array for Real-time Geostrophic Oceanography program (https://biogeochemical- argo.org/index.php). Such programs require a higher-level data product than what OOI provides through its standard data dissemination, and hence a quality controlled, salinity-calibrated data product has been produced. Data are in text formats.

Water temperature, salinity, and other data from CTD and water sample data taken from research vessel Oceanus, cruise 449/1, in the Northwestern Tropical Atlantic, from 2008-07-18 to 2008-07-28 (NCEI Accession 0167644)
공공데이터포털
Cruise 449/1 by research vessel Oceanus in July 2008 had the objective to service a number of moored platforms for the Northwest Tropical Atlantic Station (NTAS) and Meridional Overturning Variability Experiment (MOVE) projects. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with salinity water samples were collected; these data are reported here. The CTD salinity data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. The raw CTD data files are included in this archive as well and contain other parameters such as oxygen, optical attenuation, and fluorescence, which are not thoroughly calibrated. The data format is NetCDF.

공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Oceanus in the north Pacific Ocean off California. Cruise OC1511A by research vessel Oceanus in November 2015 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE (California Current Ecosystem) project. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were done. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Data quality is acceptable, but affected by bad weather which led to unsteady motion of the instrument package through the water. The raw CTD data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see references), and the water sample data will be published through the Ocean Carbon and Acidification Data Portal at NCEI. Data are in NetCDF.
