Data were collected on the location, characteristics, services offered, and number of clients in treatment at alcohol and drug abuse treatment facilities (both public and private) in Puerto Rico. In Puerto Rico, 157 substance abuse treatment facilities were included in the 2010 N-SSATS, reporting that there were 20,070 clients in substance abuse treatment on March 31, 2010. The survey response rate in Puerto Rico was 94.5%.
