데이터셋 상세
미국
Physical and biological data collected off the Florida coast in the North Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico as part of the Harmful Algal Bloom Historical Database from February 5, 1954 to December 30, 1998 (NCEI Accession 0000585)
In the later part of 1999, a relational Microsoft Access database was created to accommodate a wide range of data on the phytoplankton Karenia brevis. This database, termed HAB Historical Database (HHD), was designed to efficiently capture core information, yet have the capacity to expand and capture related sampling information if it is available. It performs this task through a series of connected data tables and related forms. The minimum parameters required in order for a sample record to be entered into the database are a K. brevis count (in cells per liter), the date when the water sample was collected, and a description of where the water sample was taken. Datasheets that contained these minimum requirements were compiled from various investigative cruise projects, and state, county, and private agencies, which had collected samples that contained K. brevis. These datasheets varied greatly in specificity of information from the minimum required parameters to detailed cruise and research studies. Due to this diversity, it was decided to incorporate as many entry fields as possible for related information from the datasheet.

CSIRO Marine Research "BIODATA" Database - Research Vessel Data ex AFZIS Database, 1978-1989
공공데이터포털
This database, named "Biodata", contains biological and station data from cruises of Divisional research vessels "Courageous" and "Soela" between February 1978 and April 1989, and also some data from "Sprightly" for the period August 1979-May 1980, and the chartered vessel "Jacqueline D" from August 1986-November 1988 in Albatross Bay, Gulf of Carpentaria. The data were originally stored within a special section of the AFZIS (Australian Fishing Zone Information System) database in Canberra, developed jointly by CSIRO Division of Fisheries Research and Department of Primary Industry (DPI), and were retrieved before the DPI Cyber computer was decommissioned. Data from Soela cruises for 1985, 1986, and the first 6 cruises of 1987 are not represented in this dataset. Information held comprises vessel, cruise and station identifiers, and details for 3,000 (+) operations including date, time, latitude, longitude, operation type, gear type, trawl details, surface temperature and salinity where measured, fishing effort and catch by species, and length-frequency data where recorded. The data are presently in an Oracle database in Hobart.
Physical and biological data collected along the Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida coasts in the Gulf of America as part of the Harmful Algal BloomS Observing System from 1953-08-19 to 2024-03-25 (NCEI Accession 0120767)
공공데이터포털
HABSOS (Harmful Algal BloomS Observing System) is a data collection and distribution system for harmful algal bloom (HAB) information in the Gulf of America. The goal of HABSOS is to provide environmental managers, scientists, and the public with a data driven resource for HAB events. Cell counts and environmental information are combined into a single product and distributed using the HABSOS Mapping System. HABSOS strives to provide the most accurate picture of harmful algal bloom location and quantity by using the latest sample data available. This dataset contains data from Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, as well as data along the Florida Shelf in the Gulf of America and along the eastern coast of Florida in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Algal species and other data collected using photographs in the South Pacific Ocean from 1992-01-02 to 1992-12-31 (NCEI Accession 9900054)
공공데이터포털
Data from a 1992 survey of the American Samoa coral reef ecosystem was received from Dr. Barry Smith of the University of Guam. The digital files replace a paper report submitted to NODC in Fall 1998. This study was part of the American Samoa Coastal Resources Inventory (ASCRI), partly funded by Sea Grant. His component of the study focuses on a systematic inventory of conspicuous marine macro-invertebrates observations.
