The overall objective of Uganda’s Feed the Future investment is to reduce poverty and undernutrition by increasing inclusive economic growth in the agriculture sector and improving nutritional status, especiallyof women and children. This objective will be achieved by working in targeted areas of the agriculture sector, improving nutrition and livelihoods for the vulnerable, and focusing on improved natural resource management to accelerate prosperity in Uganda.The assessment is designed for use as a monitoring tool, and as such provides point estimates of the indicators with an acceptable level of statistical precision.
