NOAA's Shoreline Survey Maps - Raster NOAA-NOS Shoreline Survey Manuscripts that define the shoreline and alongshore natural and man-made features
NOS coastal survey maps (often called t-sheet or tp-sheet maps) are special use planimetric or topographic maps that precisely define the shoreline and alongshore natural and man-made features, such as rocks, bulkheads, jetties, piers, and ramps. These maps typically range in scale from 1:5,000 to 1:40,000. The first shoreline survey was completed in 1834. Since the early 1800's, over 12,000 coastal survey maps have been constructed. These maps permanently reside within the offices of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

NOAA Composite Shoreline - Vectorized Shoreline Derived From NOAA-NOS Coastal Survey Maps and Aerial Photographs

The NOAA Composite Shoreline is primarily intended for high-resolution cartographic representation of the shoreline. It is a high-resolution vector shoreline based on a multi-temporal collection of NOAA coastal survey maps (T-sheets). Where T-sheets were unavailable, NOAA's extracted vector shoreline (EVS) was used to compile seamless shoreline coverage.
2013 NOAA Topographic Lidar: U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas)

The United States Virgin Islands Topographic LiDAR project collected topographic elevation point data derived from multiple return light detection and ranging (LiDAR) measurements on the islands of St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix and numerous smaller islands and islets in the United States Virgin Islands. The islands of St. Thomas and St. John were acquired between November 9, 2013 and November 19, 2013. The island of St. Croix was acquired between November 27, 2013 and December 10, 2013. The entire area was comprised of 88 planned flight lines and approximately 1669 flight line kilometers. LiDAR was collected at an average of 0.7 meter point spacing for all acquired project areas. The classification classes as available from the NOAA Digital Coast are: 1 (Unclassified), 2 (Bare-earth ground), 7 (Noise), 9 (Water), 10 (Ignored Ground, points close to breakline features), 16 (Overlap Water), 17 (Overlap Unclassified), 18 (Overlap Bare-earth ground). Hydro flattened breaklines and Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) are also available for download. Please see the Supplemental Information field below for links to these data sets. These data were collected by the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration National Geodetic Survey Remote Sensing Division using a Riegl Q680i-D system. The data includes topographic data in an LAS 1.2 format file classified as unclassified (1), ground (2), and water (9) in accordance with the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) classification standards. This data set also includes lidar intensity values and encoded RGB image values. The original intent of this site was to alleviate confusion about shorelines generated by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) agencies. However, the scope was expanded to include other commonly used federal shorelines. As a result, the site includes detailed descriptions for seven federal vector shorelines, many of which are derived from the same raw data sources. Because the characteristics of these shorelines can be similar, the differences among them can often be explained best by describing the specific purposes for which they were created.

The National Geodetic Survey's coastal mapping shoreline products geospatially depict the coastal realm of the United States and its territories including the Great Lakes and their connecting navigable waterways.
