Influenza A virus detected from bivalves in waterfowl habitat of the Delmarva Peninsula
This data set includes information pertaining to 300 bivalve mollusk tissue samples collected from mollusk specimens from waters in eastern Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula. Data includes source location, species, morphometric data, and IAV matrix gene detection status for the bivalve samples collected and analyzed in the associated study.

Molecular detection of avian influenza virus from sediment samples in waterfowl habitats on the Delmarva Peninsula, USA
공공데이터포털
Data were collected as part of an investigation developed by Leetown Science Center to investigate the comparative detection of avian influenza viruses from waterfowl and potential environmental reservoirs such as aquatic sediment from waterfowl habitat. This dataset identifies positive or negative test results for qRT-PCR (quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction) for avian influenza virus through identification of the Type A influenza virus matrix gene from aquatic sediment samples. Sediment samples were collected from waterfowl habitat so as to determine if temporal and spatial differences in virus detection by qRT-PCR were evident among test sites.
Low-pathogenic avian influenza viruses in wild migratory waterfowl in a region of high poultry production, Delmarva, Maryland
공공데이터포털
This data set is comprised of four files related to the biosurveillance of low pathogenic avian influenza viruses (LPAIV) in migratory waterfowl at 20 locations in the Delmarva Peninsula in fall/winter of 2013-2014. Two files contain data related to the species, age, and AIV prevalence for all birds sampled (1 data file, 1 definitions file). The other two files contain data related to the primers and standards used in bioassays for AIVs (1 data file, 1 definitions file).
Influenza A Virus Data from Migratory Birds, Izembek National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska
공공데이터포털
Dataset containing avian influenza screening results for waterfowl and gulls sampled during autumn in (or near) Izembek National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), Alaska, 2011-2024. These data contain information on species, age, and sex of birds sampled, collection dates, and laboratory testing information used to determine the presence and absence of influenza A viruses (IAVs).
Influenza A Virus Data from Emperor Geese, Alaska
공공데이터포털
Data set containing avian influenza A virus (IAV) sampling information for Emperor Geese in Alaska, 2015-2017. The data are in three tables: 1) collection data and IAV screening results from fecal samples at several sites in southwestern Alaska, 2) results of blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (bELISA) tests for IAV antibodies in blood serum collected from nesting female Emperor geese near the Manokinak River on the Yukon-Kuskokwim River Delta, and 3) results of influenza virus microneutralization assays to test for the specific IAV subtypes in the Manokinak samples.
Data describing the lack of Avian influenza infection and antibodies in Eastern Wild Turkeys (Meleagris gallopavo silvestris) sampled in Delmarva, USA
공공데이터포털
These data describe avian influenza sampling efforts for eastern wild turkeys (Meleagris gallopavo silvestris) across the Maryland portion of the Delmarva Peninsula, USA in the winter of 2023-2024
Database collating previous laboratory investigations into the pathogenesis of avian influenza viruses in wild avifauna of North America (ver. 2.0, August 2024)
공공데이터포털
A compilation of previously published results exploring the pathogenesis of avian influenza viruses in wild avian species in North America.
Data concerning maintenance and dissemination of avian-origin influenza A virus within the Northern Atlantic Flyway of North America
공공데이터포털
This data release details the results of avian influenza sampling of dabbling ducks in Maine and Maryland. These data support an associated USGS publication.
Data for Infectivity of Wild-Bird Origin Influenza A Viruses in Minnesota Wetlands Across Seasons
공공데이터포털
This data set represents an ecological and laboratory-based experiment to understand influenza virus viability in surface water. Data tables included in this release consist of 1) daily mean water temperature, 2) viability of viruses maintained in water, 3) influenza detection in duck samples, 4) viral titers of experimentally inoculated water samples, and 5) water chemistry.
Influenza A Antibodies in Pacific (Gavia pacifica), Red-throated (G. stellata), and Yellow-billed Loons (G. adamsii) in Alaska, 2008-2017
공공데이터포털
This data set contains three spreadsheets with results of Influenza A Virus (IAV) screening in blood from Pacific, Red-throated, and Yellow-billed Loons at three locations in Alaska. Loons were captured along the Beaufort Sea Coast, Chukchi Sea Coast, and Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta from 2008-2017. Three different tests were used and the results are presented in separate spreadsheets. All serum samples were screened for IAV antibodies using a blocking enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (bELISA). A subsample were screened using agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID), and hemagglutination inhibition assays (HI).
