BAROMETRIC PRESSURE and Other Data from ALPHA HELIX and Other Platforms From Bering Sea and Others from 1994-06-27 to 1995-01-06 (NCEI Accession 9500031)
공공데이터포털
The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) and other data were collected in Gulf of Alaska and Bering Sea as part of Inner SHelf Transfer and recycling (ISHTAR) project. Data was collected from Ships ALPHA HELIX and LITTLE DIPPER. The data was collected over a period spanning from June 27, 1994 to January 6, 1995. 7 sets of CTD data collected from seabird from 13 stations was received by NODC from Dr. C. Peter McRoy of University of Alaska, Institute of Marine Science, Fairbanks, AK via FTP. Data is in F022-CTD-Hi Resolution file format of NODC. F022 High-resolution CTD data is collected from high resolution (conductivity-temperature-depth) instruments. As they are lowered and raised in the oceans, these electronic devices provide nearly continuous profiles of temperature, salinity and other parameters. Data values may be subject to averaging or filtering or obtained by interpolation and may be reported at depth intervals as fine as 1 m. Cruise and instrument information, position, date, time and sampling interval are reported for each station. Environmental data at the time of the cast (meteorological and sea surface conditions) may also be reported. The data record comprises values of temperature, salinity or conductivity, density (computed sigma-t) and possibly dissolved oxygen or transmissivity at specified depth or pressure levels. Data may be reported at either equally or unequally spaced depth or pressure intervals.
Temperature, salinity and other profile data from THOMAS WASHINGTON cruise RA7 in Bering Sea and Chukchi Sea from 1988-09-13 to 1988-09-27 (NCEI Accession 8900135)
공공데이터포털
Data has been processed by NODC to the NODC standard High-Resolution CTD/STD (F022) format. The F022 format contains high-resolution data collected using CTD (conductivity-temperature-depth) and STD (salinity-temperature-depth) instruments. As they are lowered and raised in the oceans, these electronic devices provide nearly continuous profiles of temperature, salinity, and other parameters. Data values may be subject to averaging or filtering or obtained by interpolation and may be reported at depth intervals as fine as 1m. Cruise and instrument information, position, date, time and sampling interval are reported for each station. Environmental data at the time of the cast (meteorological and sea surface conditions) may also be reported. The data record comprises values of temperature, salinity or conductivity, density (computed sigma-t), and possibly dissolved oxygen or transmissivity at specified depth or pressure levels. Data may be reported at either equally or unequally spaced depth or pressure intervals. A text record is available for comments.
Water temperature, salinity, and others taken by CTD and ADCP from the research vessel Araon in the Bering Sea from 2021-07-08 to 2021-07-14 (NCEI Accession 0249377)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and others from the research vessel Araon. In the Bering Sea, hydrographic data were collected by XCTD/CTD/ADCP. The temperature, salinity, ocean current data are in a form of vertical profiles from the sea surface to bottom at each observation site. Super station buoy data contain ocean currents, temperature, and salinity. Data are in text and CSV formats. This dataset is U.S. State Department MSR U2021-009 as part of the World Data Service for Oceanography.

Temperature, salinity, oxygen and fluorescence profiles collected by CTD from the Norseman II in Bering Strait from 2013-07-04 to 2013-07-10 (NCEI Accession 0136939)
공공데이터포털
This archive is of data from 150 CTD casts taken during the 2013 Norseman II cruise to the Bering Strait. For positions, see file headers or the cruise report accompanying these data. Data were preliminary processed at sea, as per cruise report, and bottle files were obtained from this processing. Subsequently, significant issues were found with the data as regards to lack of reliability of salinity and oxygen on the downcasts. A reprocessing attempts to address these issues. (Bottle data were not reprocessed.) This archive includes: 1) the raw data files (.hdr, .hex. and .XMLCON) for each cast, so the user may reprocess the data to their own standards, 2) 2db average UPCAST data for each cast, as per Oct 2015 data processing. As will be discussed below, these data provide (we believe) the most reliable salinity and oxygen data (although note no oxygen or salinity samples were taken for validation), 3) the 2db resolution reflects uncertainty in the depth of the data as the upcast data are being used, 4) casts with particularly suspect salinity data at times of sharp temperature gradients (Casts 83, 90,91,94,100,101,103) are placed in a subdirectory, and 5) the .ros and .btl bottle data as obtained from the processing at sea. We encourage those seeking parameters to match bottle samples to consider also the 2db averaged cast data. A summary of know problems include: 1) salinity values at times of sharp temperature gradient and 2) salinity and oxygen values on the downcasts. 공공데이터포털
The accession contains Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD); Chlorophyll; and Nutrient data collected in Bering Sea as part of Inner Shelf Transfer and Recycling (ISHTAR) program collected from 1985-1995 using multiple ships. The compressed tar file ishtar.tar.Z contained ASCII files of the ISHTAR research project headed by Dr. C.P. McRoy of the Institute of Marine Science, University of Alaska Fairbanks. There are two types of files: 1. Chlorophyll (20), and 2. Nutrient (19). They are differentiated by filenames. Chlorophyll data files end in chl.dat and Nutrient data files end in nut.dat. The prefixes are cruise names. Good format information is provided with the data files.
