WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from POLARSTERN from 1985-02-25 to 1995-01-14 (NCEI Accession 9500129)
공공데이터포털
The water depth and temperature data was collected from ship POLARSTERN by the Alfred-Wegener-Institute (AWI), Bremerhaven, Germany. The data was collected from February 25, 1985 to January 14, 1995. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data files were submitted by Andreas Wisotzki of AWI via FTP.
Oceanographic profile temperature, salinity and other measurements collected using bottle and high resolution CTD from the POLARSTERN in the Antarctic and South Atlantic in 1992 (NCEI Accession 0000463)
공공데이터포털
Temperature profile, nutrients, and other data were collected using plankton net, bottle, and CTD casts from the POLARSTERN in the Southern Oceans. Data were collected from 02 October 1992 to 25 November 1992. Data were collected and submitted by Netherlands Institute for Sea Research with support from the US JGOFS Antarctic Environments Southern Ocean Process Study (JGOFS/AESOPS) project.
WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from USCGC POLAR STAR from 1992-08-11 to 1992-10-06 (NCEI Accession 9200265)
공공데이터포털
The water depth and temperature data were collected in arctic west from ship POLAR STAR between August 11, 1992 and October 6, 1992. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data were submitted on a diskette by Ms. Diane Foster of US Coast Guard, Groton CT. The data have been converted and are now available on line in C116 (XBT) file format of NODC. The data type C116 contained temperature-depth profile data obtained using expendable bathythermograph (XBT) instruments. Cruise information, position, date and time were reported for each observation. The data record was comprised of pairs of temperature-depth values. The XBT data files contained temperature values at non-uniform depths. These depths were recorded at the minimum number of points ("inflection points") required to accurately define the temperature curve. Standard XBTs can obtain profiles to depths of either 450 or 760 m. With special instruments, measurements can be obtained to 1830 m.
WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from USCGC POLAR STAR from 1989-11-02 to 1990-04-11 (NCEI Accession 9000089)
공공데이터포털
The water depth and temperature data was collected from ship Polar Star. The data was collected from November 2, 1989 to April 11, 1990 as part of project Deep Freeze. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted in two diskettes by US Coast Guard, Groton, CT. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116 file format of NODC.
WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from USCGC POLAR STAR in the South Pacific Ocean from 1992-11-08 to 1993-04-12 (NCEI Accession 9300068)
공공데이터포털
The water depth and temperature data was collected in South Pacific Ocean as part of project Deep Freeze from ship POLAR STAR. The data was collected from November 8, 1992 to April 12, 1993. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted in a diskette by Ens. Quenton Maddux, US COAST GUARD, Groton, CT. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116 file format of NODC.
Cloud amount/frequency, NITRATE and other data from POLAR DUKE in the Southern Oceans from 1988-07-17 to 1988-08-12 (NCEI Accession 9100083)
공공데이터포털
The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) and other data were collected as part of Antarctic Marine Ecosystem Analysis at the Ice Edge Zone (AMERIEZ) project. Data was collected from Southern Oceans (>60 degrees South) using Ship POLAR DUKE. The data was collected over a period spanning from July 17, 1988 to August 12, 1988. Data was submitted by Dr. Robin D. Muench, Science Applications, Inc., Bellevue, WA in three floppy diskettes. Data has been processed and is available in F022-CTD-Hi Resolution file format of NODC.
