Water depth and other data from 18 January 1975 to 23 February 1975. Data were collected by National Ocean Data Center (NODC) as part of the International Decade of Ocean Exploration / International Ocean Studies / First Dynamic Response and Kinematics Experiment in the Drake Passage (IDOE/ISOS/FDRAKE) and other projects.

The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) data were collected using three ships. The data was collected over a seven year period spanning from April 6, 1979 to March 7, 1986 by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), Woods Hole, MA. Data was submitted by WHOI to NODC and is available in F022-CTD Hi resolution file format.

Ten data files containing 2,738 data records were submitted by Martien Baars to NODC/Ocean Climate Laboratory from the Netherlands Indian Ocean Programme. These Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) data are from three legs of the "Monsoon and Pelagic Systems" portion of the program. Data was collected between May 23, 1992 and February 4, 1993. No format description was provided.

The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD), Bathythermograph (XBT) and Sound Velocity data (XSV) were collected from fifty seven stations in Greenland Sea using ships KNORR, ENDEAVOR, and OCEANUS as part of Moving Ship Tomography Project. File L01403 contains data from 24 stations with 1,381 records collected between 09/11/88 - 10/04/88. File L01404 contains data from 33 stations with 1,919 records collected between 08/04/89 - 08/12/89.

The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) and other data were collected in NW Atlantic (limit-40 W). Data was collected from Ship OCEANUS. The data was collected over a period spanning from July 23, 1988 and August 27, 1988. Data was submitted in a tape by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole, MA. Data has been processed and is available in F022-CTD-Hi Resolution file format of NODC. F022 High-resolution CTD data is collected from high resolution (conductivity-temperature-depth) instruments. As they are lowered and raised in the oceans, these electronic devices provide nearly continuous profiles of temperature, salinity and other parameters. Data values may be subject to averaging or filtering or obtained by interpolation and may be reported at depth intervals as fine as 1 m. Cruise and instrument information, position, date, time and sampling interval are reported for each station. Environmental data at the time of the cast (meteorological and sea surface conditions) may also be reported. The data record comprises values of temperature, salinity or conductivity, density (computed sigma-t) and possibly dissolved oxygen or transmissivity at specified depth or pressure levels. Data may be reported at either equally or unequally spaced depth or pressure intervals.

The Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) data were collected during 96 casts from Ship THOMAS G. THOMPSON. The data was collected over a period spanning from May 25, 1982 to November 8, 1983. Data was submitted by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole MA. CTD data is currently available in F022 file format of NODC.

The data was collected over a period spanning from December 1907 to September 1990. Data was submitted by Andrew L. Walsh of New South Wales, Australia in one cassette of autochart XBT, RV FRANKLIN XBT and CTD data. Data has been processed and is available in F022-CTD-Hi Resolution, C116-Bathythermograph-XBT and C125-Bathythermograph file formats of NODC.
