Fish eDNA results for streamgage water samples in the Columbia and Colorado River basins
Environmental DNA results for water samples collected at USGS streamgages in the Columbia and Colorado river basins. Water samples were collected by USGS hydrologic technicians May - September 2018 and analyzed for presence of kokanee and yellow perch DNA. In this dataset, we report results and applicable covariates associated with each streamgage locations. This is version 1.1 of this data release. The Kokanee_Perch_eDNA data and metadata files have been revised to correct for improper attribution of 16 samples. Envrionmental DNA data for Refinement of eDNA as an early monitoring tool at the landscape-level: Data
공공데이터포털
These environmental DNA data and corresponding water quality data were collected and analyzed by the Fish and Wildlife Service in 2017. The samples were collected from 4 sites in pools 17 and 18 in the Upper Mississippi River on 3 sampling trips. The data was used to study occupancy modeling of eDNA data and determine optimal sampling effort required for reliable detection of invasive Bighead Carp and Silver Carp in streams with similar attributes at the Mississippi River.

Fish Datasets for Evaluation and Review of Ecology-Focused Stream Studies, Fountain Creek Basin, Colorado
공공데이터포털
These data from Evaluation and Review of Ecology-Focused Stream Studies to Support Cooperative Monitoring, Fountain Creek Basin, Colorado were used to describe temporal trends in fish communities in the basin. Fish data were collected at U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) sites between 2003 and 2022. Datasets include fish frequency of occurrence, flathead chub catch per unit of effort, and a list of fish species collected.

Detection of exogenous lake trout and endogenous spectaclecase DNA in the Big Piney River from an experimental release of lake trout slurry to study eDNA transport, September 2023 (ver.1.1, May 2025)
공공데이터포털
This dataset includes eDNA concentrations of water samples from an experimental release of lake trout (Salvelinus namaycush) slurry used to analyze eDNA transport in the Big Piney River, Missouri. The spectaclecase (Cumberlandia monodonta) was also included as a target species due to the proximity of a known spectaclecase population at the slurry release site. The slurry, a frozen block of ground lake trout, was released on September 26, 2023, at approximately 9:00 am CST. Water samples were collected from transects at 5, 100, 500, and 850 meters downstream of the slurry release site before the slurry was introduced and periodically for 4 hours after slurry deployment.
Preliminary Assessment of Pacific Lamprey Environmental DNA Samples from Western Washington Rivers.
공공데이터포털
qPCR detection results for Pacific Lamprey eDNA surveys from Western Washington Rivers and Streams. Water samples were collected via filtration and shipped to the laboratory for analysis. DNA was extracted from filters using commercially available extraction kits. Lab staff used two existing Pacific Lamprey qPCR eDNA surveys to screen DNA extracts for the presence of Pacific Lamprey DNA. Eight molecular replicates were run for each samples. Results presented in this table show the number of positive detections out of 8 for each sample and the corresponding mean Cq values for each sample with a detection.
