Soviet Fishery Data (Australian Waters) - vessel Pr. Deruygin December 1975-May 1976
공공데이터포털
This dataset comprises catch compositions and trawl locations from a cruise of the Russian fishery research vessel "Pr. Deruygin" carried out in Australian waters between December 1975 and May 1976, containing 14 demersal trawls from the Tasman Sea, off SE Tasmania, and the Australian North West Shelf. Most records include catch composition by species (presence/absence but not weight), also some data on length frequency, maturity and diet of commercially important species. The data were obtained by exchange with Soviet scientists in the mid 1990s and has had CSIRO species codes incorporated. The dataset is now in an Oracle database in Hobart, and analyses/summaries of the data are given in the accompanying report (see References). A MS Access version of the dataset has been compiled for use within the North West Shelf-JEMS study. This version is available on-line for researchers in the NWS-JEMS study (see data links). The data are also accessible to authorised users via CMR's "Data Trawler" application. A username and password is required to access this dataset.
Derwent Hunter Voyage DH 4/56 Hydrology and Biological Data
공공데이터포털
This dataset comprises hydrological, biological and plankton data collected on Derwent Hunter Voyage DH 4/56. The voyage took place in the Bass Strait in October-November 1956. Samples of barracouta were taken for analysis of gut contents, and supplemented by data from fish caught by commercial fishermen over the same period. These were then compared with distribution data on krill (Nyctyphanes australis) and other zooplankton, principaly the copepod Calanus helgolandicus. Water masses were identified by associated hydrological sampling, comprising depth profiles of temperature, chlorinity, salinity, dissolved oxygen and total phosphorus. The hydrology data are published in CSIRO's "Oceanographical Station List" series, and the cruise track and the biological data are given in Division of Fisheries & Oceanography Report no. 5.

FISH SPECIES and Other Data from MULTIPLE SHIPS From NW Atlantic (limit-40 W) from 1974-06-03 to 1975-06-02 (NCEI Accession 8300071)
공공데이터포털
Spawning season data of Mid-Atlantic finfish, collected by various ships (Delaware II, Albatross II, Atl. Twin, Xiphias, and the Rorqual) as part of study "The Biology of Marine Finfish" done by Sandy Hook Laboratory of National Marine Fisheries Service, Highlands, NJ. Data parameters include: Vessel, cruise number, Latitude, Longitude, date, time, distance fished, depth, wind and current measurements, gear descriptions (mesh size, number of floats, length of trawl, etc), taxonomy, sex, age, stomach and gut contents, egg color, number, and condition. Data were originally recorded on a 9-track tape in EBCDIC (1600 BPI) and have been converted into current NODC data storage format. The documentation includes a detailed description of the record format.

Obsolete - AFSC/RACE/EcoFOCI - Trawl catch data collected in support of FOCI assessment surveys and ecosystem observations in the Bering Sea and the Gulf of Alaska 1993 to Present
공공데이터포털
The trawl database contains multiple tables of data. The âhaulâ table contains the location, date, time and depth of the trawl haul. The âcatchâ table contains the numbers and weights of the taxa in each haul. The âlengthâ table contains the lengths of selected taxa in each haul. There is data for the eastern Bering Sea for 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014. There is Gulf of Alaska trawl data from 1993 to 2015.
Derwent Hunter Voyage DH 6/56 Hydrology and Plankton Data
공공데이터포털
This dataset comprises hydrological and plankton data collected on Derwent Hunter Voyage DH 6/56 in the Tasman Sea, between December 1956 and February 1957. The dataset contains measurements of temperature, chlorinity, dissolved oxygen and total phosphorus at 20 stations in vertical sections to maximum depths ranging from 200 to 1500m, surface wind data, comments on zooplankton species composition and abundance (copepods and salps) studied at 12 stations, and phytoplankton (diatoms and dinoflagellates) from 11 stations. Fisheries Biology and Stock Assessment Division (FBSAD) Recruit and Predator Reef Fish Belt Transect and Habitat Surveys at Big Island (Hawaii Island) in May-June 2009 (NCEI Accession 0073870)
공공데이터포털
Shore-based belt transects were conducted at 1 to ~ 5 m depths at a total two (2) sites: at 2 longshore sites on the leeward coast (South Kohala district) of the Big Island (Hawaii Island) in the MHI during spring-summer 2009. For recruit reef fish survey, twenty (20) randomly positioned transects were surveyed at each site or site-group in 2009. Each transect was 50-m long x 2-m wide (100 m**2 area). Raw survey data consist of species-specific and size-specific (total length, TL, in cm) numerical counts of recruit (⤠5 cm total length, TL) reef fishes encountered within transect boundaries. For predator reef fish survey, twenty (20) randomly positioned transects were surveyed at each site or site-group in 2009. Each transect was 50-m long x 4-m wide (200 m**2 area). Raw survey data consist of species-specific and size-specific (total length, TL, in cm) numerical counts of large juvenile and adult (⥠6 cm total length, TL) stages of PREDATOR reef fishes encountered within transect boundaries. Inclusion as a predator fish in the transect tally was based on either known or likely (based on functional morphology) inclusion of small fishes in the species' diet. For recruit-habitat survey, the recruit-habitat relations (habitat use by recruits) were surveyed at 1 to ~5 m depths based on all 'Encounters' of singletons and 'groups' (where a group comprised > 1 recruit associating with one another and within 10-cm distance of one another), along transects conducted at a total two (2) sites on the leeward coast (South Kohala district) of the Big Island (Hawaii Island, in the MHI) during spring 2009. The substrate type closest to recruits encountered within transect swaths were recorded as one or more of fourteen (14) main taxonomic and functional habitat types.
