This dataset consists of surface pCO2 measurements from the North Pacific Ocean as part of the Air-Sea Gas Exchange project funded by the NSF. Parameters include water temperature, salinity, pH, sea PCO2, air PCO2, CO2 saturation, alkalinity, oxygen, apparent CO2 utilization, phosphate, nitrate (+ nitrite), silicate, dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, and total carbon dioxide.

This dataset contains chemical and physical profile data containing measurements of depth, salinity and temperature collected between May 1986 and April 1989. Data were submitted on a diskette containing 12 files by Dr. Richard Feely of Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, Seattle, WA. Files were received by NODC via Ocean Climate Laboratory.
