Developments financed by MOHCD or OCII were financed through City Funding Agreements, Ground Leases, Disposition and Participation Agreements and Conduit Mortgage Revenue Bond Financing. Developments of 10 or more units are subject to Planning Code Section 415 and fall under the City's Inclusionary Affordable Housing program.
