This dataset shows the magisterial districts in Allegheny County. This dataset is harvested on a periodic basis from Allegheny County’s GIS data portal (https://openac.alcogis.opendata.arcgis.com/). The full metadata record for this dataset can also be found on Allegheny County’s GIS portal. All previously released versions of this data are available at BYTES of the BIG APPLE- Archive Updates for this dataset, along with other multilayered maps on NYC Open Data, are temporarily paused while they are moved to a new mapping format. This dataset supports the publication “Geophysical insights into Paleoproterozoic tectonics along the southern margin of the Superior Province, central Upper Peninsula, Michigan, USA.” At a 1:100,000 scale, these data are in a geologic database in the Geologic Map Schema (GeMS) which includes spatial feature classes and non-spatial tables that contain the geologic information presented in figure 8 and S3 of appendix A, the supplemental map of the publication.
